My fiance and I had begged with PNC for quite some time. Turn because we use Cash App on a business account for a purchase. A terminated account so we were forced to make a choice. I love the branches local dos Millsboro made the most sense.
We deposited a large insurance check into our new account and we were told there would be a 5 to 7 day hold. The manager Robin told me she would contact corporate because this was not a draft and that she would get back to me not only did she not get back to me she would not return my emails or take my phone calls only upon placing a call to corporate.they released he funds and that it was at the branch managers discretion to lift the hold and that Robin should have done that strangely enough The bank manager Robin told me she was closing the account and closed my personal account as well but she did not close my fiances account I told her this...A business account it needs to remain open because checks need to clear. clearly she had been reprimanded t was clear it was personl because I had called corporate on her We are nearly a year later. My fiance goes into the bank and she speaks up and says to my fiance whom shes not familiar with that i am not allowed in this brancha nd goes on and on .the bank manager? This is unprofessionalism at its finest. I think most would agree with me. Another well placed call to corporate needs to Happen I would strongly encoursge NOT banking at thid branch until they terminate this shrew. Our business was burglaries and we went on open for months. This insurance check was to get our business up and running. We didn't have a day that we could afford to lose but of course on $24000. She gains little interest for her branch daily that is ridiculous and so disgusting. however every other branch I've ever been in has been wonderful this one as long as they have that woman as the bank manager. I don't think people are gonna care for it. Her closing the bank account without warning when I told her checks were out.
What's something she didn't seem to care about? So she lost $800 for her branch. I hope they took it from her paycheck. Clearly some people should not be in supervisory capacities because they let it go to their head. Add actually hope this crazy woman doesn't throw. My fiance out of the bank and no longer have access to use his back accoun but. I'm not gonna sit still. While you're later after this she's trashing me to my fiance while hes doing daily banking he was shocked he didn't know how to respond. To this this is my response to it. It doesn't make any sense that I may touch a profound impact on this woman that she's trash talking me to my fiance a almost a year. Later she clearly has problems and I hope she doesn't take it out on him because he told me what she said and of course he would and throw him. Out of the bank this woman has no business being in any kind of position where she can affect her will want people's banking.

My husband and I are new to the area. Horrible customer service over the phone from a banker named Steve. He was completely stoic, not warm or friendly at all. Was non responsive to my questions about a loan, and was quick to rush me off the phone. I wanted a simple answer about debt to income ratio for a loan my husband and I were applying for, and he could not even answer simple questions with any helpful detail. Shame on M & T for letting their customer service slip. We will be switching banks!

I went to the drive thru with a deposit. I was the only person in line. Not many cars on the lot or people inside. They never said hi or anything. I waited 10 minutes. Finally the deposit slip came out. They still didn't say thanks or anything. I think the only reason they helped me at all was because another customer pulled up to the drive thru.

Count your money in front of the ATM camera before you drive away... I withdrew some cash and it was $10 short because there was a $10 in the middle of the $20s. The did refund it though

The website was down from Friday night until Monday morning last month. You couldn’t even call Customer Service, because there phone system was down too. They didn’t post on there Facebook page until Monday, letting customers know what the issue was. I saw online that they had a data breach?

I have to say this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. For over three months never got my 753 dollar check back that State Farm wrote to me for insurance when my boat cover was damaged, I have called over 37 times three months when i did get an answer some employee gives be wrong address or they said never received it. Then after 14 more calls someone answers tells me to fax. I waited 2 weeks get ahold once more said it was the wrong fax number finally after 3 months and my insurance company calling still nothing. Imagine if you had an accident how long would it take to get anything you got through this bank would never get it fixed. Poor communication team. Won't let you talk to the insurance team. And I might add very rude to me. I turned them in to bbb and they sent letter finally and still nothing. Remember this stated in August 29th. So almost 3 months. I would give the -10 stars if I could. Please people DO NOT go with this bank at any location bearing that name banner. Really is a very very un-professional business. I had to resort in hiring an attorney so hope I get an answer. They bully you with the checks. But when a payments due they are on you like no tomorrow. M&T Bank please sell to a real bank that treats customers well. Or do us a favor and just go out of business please.

I have had a good bit of issues with my physical bank card, & account. The issues have in no way been the fault of the tellers or other employees at this bank however, & they have been incredibly helpful, & efficient in sorting out every issue I have had. They made an especially difficult time in my life much easier, especially Sarah, & a few employees on their customer service helpline. They provide wonderful customer service here!
