Hello! I needed to write this review. Lowe's Millsboro Delaware please restock your shelves. I have been at Millsboro three times now to find a part that I needed but to find that it is not available due to out of stock items. Dremel blades out of stock - carpet kicker only one model available of course the one available is the most expensive one - Husqvarna lawnmower blades not in stock. But Lewes and Seaford all have these items available. Millsboro please restock popular item that people need there is no other stores available...maybe you need more competition?? A Home Depot maybe?

we stop at several locations on our way home from our campground in Georgetown Delaware we both like the sidewinder fries which apparently they stopped serving sour cream but the last location on 202 I got sour cream the waitress said it was up to the kitchen if they wanted to give to the customers

I went in on the off chance they might have a decent universal remote for my TV and DVD player. I didn't want to trouble anyone so I looked in the places I assumed it could be. I wasn't really paying attention and the next thing I knew, I'm drenched in sweat and SO MUCH TIME had passed; I couldn't believe it! And STILL HADN'T FOUND THE REMOTE!! Asked one associate... They were wrong. It took, 4 different associates, and 1 with a supervisor personality, to help me locate that remote. And after all that time and effort, once it was found for me, I ended up leaving it there in search of that JUST HAD TO BE CHEAPER THAN THAT¡!!¡!!¡!¡! As of that night, I've had ENOUGH of Lowe's for quite a while!!! I swear so much in there, I was dehydrated by the time i got back in the car! SMH! ??

Avoid deliveries from the store like the plague. They will deliver the wrong items repeatedly—with no customer care or ability to get corrected items without excessive hassle.
Note: I received a 32 inch wide door instead of 36 inch wide door. I received plain OSB sheathing instead of zip system sheathing. Only the extremely inept could not notice the difference.

Waited 10 days for our Blackstone with 4 no show delivery dates. Finally got it this morning. Drivers had wheeled it in the driveway front facing back. Up 3 steps to deck. The other driver hands me the paper for signature before I even had a chance to look at it. They leave and I first noticed no manual. My husband stops them before taking off and they tell me to call the store They leave. And immediately after I see a huge dent in the front just below the Blackstone logo. I tried calling Millsboro Delaware store and they never ever answer. So now I must go back yet again to resolve this. I'll never ever buy from Lowe's again!

Please cut your shrubs at the end of the aisles, you can't see if there are any cars coming and there was almost an accident there yesterday. Great store :) just please trim them back before someone gets hit on the drivers side trying to pull out.

Absolutely terrible, the worst lowes I deal with and I refuse to bring my money or my customers money there any more. Have 12 self checkouts that don't work, line has 30 people in it, Absolutely garbage. I refuse to open a commercial line of credit because that line is always backed up and no one around to help.

5/26/2024. Today was the worst experience at this Lowe’s. I wanted an advertised product that wasn’t on the shelf for 3 days. Yes I kept going back since I live close by. Today I decided to go to customer service, whom were all very nice and helpful. They had to get someone to search for a product that showed 423 in stock, on their system and the website, but not one of these items could be located. A manager was even contacted to help, which I never saw him, but still not one person was able to locate 423 of these MIA items.??? I was patient and waited for about 45 minutes and was told “sorry “
And I purchased 2 gallons of paint, that isn’t cheap, requesting the product that had the 50% off mail in rebate. After I paid I asked the cashier how I apply and she told me the item I purchased didn’t come up with a rebate. WHAT???? I wasn’t able to return an already tinted paint item and paid FULL price. ?
Not a good Lowes day at all.
