everytime i come up it’s always a long wait. not sure why there’s only 2 workers. the waiting room is always packed to the point where you have to stand. the lady who drew my blood was quick and great but overall my only complaint is how long it takes to get in and get out. make sure to book an appointment before going in do not do a walk in or you will be sitting for 2 hours! take my word for it.

This was a horror for me…. I tell everyone whom does my lab draws that I am a difficult stick. I underwent a serious amount of chemo and radiation 4 years ago and my veins are hard to get to considering all the lines I had in me. I felt I told the young girl enough to let her know if she doesn’t see or feel something to get someone more experienced. She ended up sticking me twice and not in any of the places I told her to stick (after all I know my body best and have been stuck many times) have a high pain tolerance but she dug the needle around in my arm and hand. Then she had another woman come in (same woman who checked me in) she stuck me once but told me to choose which side of my vein to stick…
Another thing that I didn’t agree with and found distasteful was the arguing of politics with other patients, while I was sitting and waiting. I couldn’t believe the ignorance I encountered at this labcorp…. As someone who gets their blood drawn quite often this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.
Stuck 3x and not one vile was filled. I’m not even sure my lab work is still in the computer after this experience. It didn’t seem that they cancelled on their end what couldn’t be completed.

I have never been treated so disrespectful in all my life!! This location must be desperate for employee's because I can't believe they would have a person with this attitude working for them!
The African American women at the front desk on Tuesday 7/9/24, was so unbelievably rude! Right off the bat she starts treating me like a child! I went up to the window and asked if I can get another urine test, because according to the test results from Lab Corp I did not supply enough urine when I was there a week or so ago. She says to me in a stern voice.."We'll I don't know who you are! - give me your license". From that point on everything she said to me was in a demeaning command! Which went on for the entire time that I was there! Now there is way too much for me to list here but it was not good, and her attitude was totally unacceptable. I honesty do not know why she targeted me that day because I was absolutely not speaking to her in any derogatory way whatsoever! And even while she was treating me that way I stayed cordial because I did not want to upset the elderly patients in the waiting room.
I'll let my doctor know so that they can take this location out of their system, because I will not come back!

Sitting here for 2 hours, still 6 people ahead of me. 20 hours fasting so far.
EDIT: 3 hours 25 minutes to get 4 vials drawn. Staff was nice, but only 2 people, no lunch relief, very bad staffing.

Place has unprofessional staff to say the least. Seems to be one employee which can care less, had family come in for blood work and to be honest I’m sure I could have located a vein better! Stood at check in window for 30 mins just to be told use the machine! Just close the place down! Heading to Lewes !

Lots of bad reviews that scared me upon arrival. Most people who do not understand that earlier checkins do not equate to earlier appointments. I scheduled my appointment for 12:15 and was seen at 12:17, the techs were kind and fast and the tech taking my blood helped calm my nerves since I am not the bravest blood giver. Last time I went to a lab corp they didn’t even talk to me and the tech left while I was giving blood!! This place is much nicer, cleaner, and faster.

Technicians are much too slow. They don’t speed it up when the waiting room is full nor do they make any announcements about being behind schedule. Two attendants only one working. Very poor experience.

Every time I come here to get lab work done, there is only one person working. I will say the person working has always been very nice, however, that person has to do the check-in and the lab work. Whats worse is that, there could only be you and another person in the waiting area but people with appointments just keep coming in, getting done before you. Ive tried scheduling appointments but they are extremely limited if there is any at all. Go elsewhere to have labs drawn!

Have called three times to see if they received a fax from my MD for some very important lab work. They keep saying they don't have it, but I know the MD's office sent the request. They will not call me back, even though it is almost closing time, so I know they do not have many customers at this hour. I will be calling the main office of Labcorp to register a complaint.

Don’t come early for your appointment! I came early and signed in. 3 walk-ins came in after me and they took them before me. Next time no appointment. Also very limited morning appointments.

Crazy how someone so selfish is working in healthcare. All of the staff couldn’t even read or press a few buttons to help my non-English-speaking mom. One guy said “it's broken”. First lady couldn't even draw blood correctly.
