Does not accept all packages for FedEx. Would not take a 36x36 box because it “wouldn’t fit” in a small corner behind the photo desk.

When I dropped my package with QR code. The lady refused to do it. I mean I’m always drop off without the label just seemly scanned the code. The store manager should tell or train their staff how to work with FedEx on-site drop off.
