No warranty on their plants or shrubs unless planted by East Coast! Hmm at least Lowes and Home Depot guarantee's there plants and shrubs for one year. My wife and I purchased 3 purple rhododendron's and 3 Yule Tide Camelia's shrubs. Also purchased some plant food which the sales person recommended. Planted all 6 of the plants the way salesperson told me to do and 4 of the 6 died within 60 days, needless to say we spent over $600 and and was told it's not their responsibility because they didn't do the planting. Had a person who worked at a nursery for over 30 years come and look at the dead plants and he said they died because the root ball was packed in peat moss which wouldn't allow water to get to the roots. He also said they would have died even if East Coast planted them, because of the peat moss smothering the roots and not letting them get any water. Hmm and East Coast said it was my fault! Seems to me it's there problem. Yes they do have a large variety of plants and shrubs but they should at least give a warranty. I wrote a review on their website and because it was only given a one star and my negative comment they removed my review. Hmm they had to keep their 4.7 star rating so buyers will come to the nursery. At least they can't remove this review Buyer Beware!

Do not buy plants 7 day only warranty and they don’t care once they have your money !! Go to Lowe’s better warranty and help! Ive never had issues with Lowe’s but had a gift cert to this horrible place called east coat.
To say we were mad is speaking lightly there disrespect when we came back after three months with one dead one dieing plant expecting to have the replaced or something no we have spent hundreds on plants there soil there fertilizer and following there directions but no I get a old man at info seize we didn’t plant them .. well we need a moisture test and well we don’t warranty plants past7 Days !!!! I called manager she did nothing also and didn’t care! Do not buy plants there ever!!

They have a wide variety of plants and trees.. Love their sales. I needed some annuals for some flower boxes and a planter .it's hard to find this time of year but they had some petunias! They have a plant sales towards the end of summer..I think September. 2 years ago we bought a small crepe myrtle for$10.. Thought it was white but it actually was pink and white. Last year we bought 2 more funky looking crepe myrtles for $5 a piece.. They are looking much better this year. The smaller one doesn't have buds yet but we are hopeful! Update! Took a picture of how they look today 2024 5 years later! The middle of the older but they all look about the same size.

Everything is good but I’m not at all happy with the hours of service. For people who want to buy plants or visit after work, usually after 5 pm, it’s already closed for them. So it is the only disadvantage. I suggest they should extend theirs hours at least for summer season.

My favorite place for all things plants & flowers. Amazing friendly staff who are so helpful & knowledgeable. I love they offer so many classes to help their customers learn all you need to garden. Great family business who puts the customers needs first. After years of not being a gardener or plant person they have given me a green thumb!

Had tree planted two years ago. Tree has not grown at all and some of the roots are above ground and tree can be move by just pushing on it and it seems like a strong wind will blow it over if I didn’t have it staked. Company said it will cost $100.00 to have arborist come out and tell me what’s wrong with it. Morally I can’t pay that money to tell me what’s going on with it. Payed enough to have it planted, by them.

I absolutely love this garden center. Everything is well cared for and healthy. The team that works here is also amazing. And on Tuesday they have 10% off for the 50 and over crowd. And on Fridays 10% off customer appreciation.
