They were confused from the second I walked through the door. I had paid two weeks prior to my scheduled appointment. They thought my car was already in the bay, it was someone else. When they finally figured out I was the 1:00 appointment, they took my car in promptly and had it done in 35 minutes. Check out went well until I got home and found they gave me the wrong receipt/warranty paperwork. I have been trying to call them for 2 hours now and get the terminal ringing phone.

They damaged pressure sensor. They agreed and installed a new sensor. However I was then told their programmer was inoperative and would have to be sent out to be repaired. 2 weeks,still no programmer,now over a month later still being told no programmer..Imagine that, a tire service center with no tire pressure programmer. Now I'm being told, we will call you? If I were a man,would I be getting this type of run around?? On the other hand, maybe they just don't know what their doing. Regardless and needless to say, my membership with Bjs will be ending.

Need tires, great place to get them. Everyone is professionaland executed my tire replacementin a very quick time. Tires are Goodyear and a great price.Can't go wrong here.

Absolutely love these guys. I popped two tires on a Sunday, and they were able to get me squared away same day. These guys are CONSTANTLY busy, and I am so thankful they were able to get me in.

I went there at 12 noon. And the guy told me he only had one man working. And had 4 tires to do that he could not help me. While the one man was getting a cup of coffee and they didn't close until 6pm.

I Purchased a refrigerator from Bj on line and 6 months later I found out that they delivered a refurbished refrigerator instead of brand new refrigerator. Very poor customer service... Don't order anything online from BJ because you may get a used items instead.

Waited over 30 minutes for 1/2 a pound of lunch meat. Customers and service members were all very rude. Everyone is very impatient. Have definitely seen better service. Why have a meat case with precut food if you are gonna have only 2 different things in it? Would do zero stars if I could.

35 minutes to wait in line? You got rid of the cashiers? The employees at Millsboro look miserable AF. Will not be renewing next month. It's not worth the frustration, the customer service at millsboro was below par before the pandemic, and you took it upon yourselves to make the shopping experience at BJs in Millsboro more miserable than it has to be. Still got my Costco card, no problem taking a day trip with the coolers in the back. Well look at that. The problem fixed itself. Bye.

Customer service is not part of BJs business model. I went one time, a little over a year ago, and they sold me on membership. Today, I got the renewal notice and called to tell them I do not want to renew. It seems I have to go to BJs in person to cancel. Since there is no BJs where I am, that can't happen. The woman on the phone said basically it wasn't her fault and she hung up. I am not contacting PayPal in the hopes that they will block the renewal. If not, I know I can count on American Express. There is no room for this lack of customer service. Costco is far better in every way.

While I am a fan of BJ's in most markets, the BJ 's in Millsboro leaves a lot to be desired. My review has nothing to do with the employees as everyone is more then helpful and very friendly. My issues are with the buyers. This BJ's has the worst selection of non food items I ever been to. The depth of there selection is poor at best. Even when they do have something you may want or something that is advertised it is never in stock. They need to know there customer base and if appears they do not. The Millsboro area is a growing market and they need to adjust to there customer needs and go deeper into there selections.

I was appalled at the lack of staffing and customer service at this BJ's. I recently moved here from Maryland, and this store is consistently the worst BJ's I've ever been to. The deli counter on a Monday afternoon was a 45-minute wait. Then the checkout line was to the back of the store causing another 20 minute wait. Hire some people. Staff properly. You should be embarrassed.

We shopped at BJ's today. When we checked out the employee who looked at our cart and the receipt barely looked through the cart. When an African-American woman was leaving the employee searched evey corner of her cart. This is a disgusting message regarding racism.Unacceptable!

I went during the great toilet paper shortage of 2020, it was like lord of the flies people clearing out the shelves. The checkout line was backed up to the freezer isle but the employee's handled it very well and it wasn't as bad as I first feared. I would love it if BJ's did away with the coupon book it's very inconvenient compared to Costco.
