This has been a nightmare of an experience. We ordered the carpet and LVP on July 20th, about a week after we closed on our first home. We chose LVP and carpet that was in stock to speed up the process. We paid $2,000 as a deposit and then were told if we pay in full(over $5,000) our name goes to the top of the install list. After paying in full we were told the material was not in stock after they came to measure.
Today is the install date(8/27) for the LVP and in all fairness the subcontractor is a great guy and doing a phenomenal job. But when I asked about the LVP in the hallway upstairs, he said when he got the measuring instructions, the hallway upstairs was not included on the work order by Airbase. And when followed up, they didn't even measure the hallways for carpet. So now we will have to wait even longer to get measurements for the hallway to get the job finished correctly. We were clear when placing the order what parts of the house were to be LVP and carpet. Why on earth would we replace carpet in the bedrooms but not in the hallway connecting the bedrooms? The carpet is supposed to get installed tomorrow, and then what? We will have to wait another month or more before we get the hallway finished? When you spend over $5,000, you expect the job to be done correctly.

I have used Millsboro CarpetMart for more than a decade and not only is the initial service amazing and prices way below current retail prices, but their rugs hold up.
Since one of my rugs is in the dining room, I took it to a local rug cleaner to have it cleaned and the cost of the cleaning was approximate to the cost of the rug! Next time I will come back and just get a new rug.
Today I was able to participate in a rug giveaway event for teachers. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. It was overwhelming the amount of selection they provided. I teach for a local homeschool co-op and am looking at the expenses needed to get the class up and running for the year on top of paying for all of my own childrens’ curriculums and supplies and this was a big help. Thank you so much for the free rug Millsboro CarpetMart. A big shout out to James who was a kind and gentle helper who loaded my rug so graciously at the back of the parking lot. So grateful to have you in our community and for your generosity.

In the past 5 years, we have bought several large area rugs from Airbase, plus flooring for an entire condo. They are friendly, knowledgeable and comparably priced. The quality of their products holds up very well. We visit other stores for flooring and always end up back at Airbase...You can't go wrong!
Again when we moved into our new home, we went to Airbase for the carpets and they are beautiful!

Beautiful Floors did a wonderful job! Wences and his crew were very professional, nice and polite. They left us with beautiful floors and no mess. We would highly recommend them. Our sales agent Woody helped us find the floors we needed. All in all we are very pleased with Airbase Carpet & Tile Mart.

We recently purchased carpet from Airbase. We worked with Nicole and we were very pleased. We went back to change our carpet selection as the sample we brought home didn’t work when we looked at it in our home. We went back and Nicole was off but another sales person was extremely helpful. When it came to installation Phil and his team did a great job. They were professional and great to work with. We would return here for future carpet needs.

We went in looking for a custom size rug runner and the choices were amazing. We found what we needed and it was easy to customize. We also found a beautiful round rug for our living room. I highly recommend Airbase Carpetmart

Had great experience @ Airbase in Millsboro, DE.Thank so much for having such quality customer service as with Nicole Esham, consultant who provided clear direction for off size carpet I needed. She cared about color, size, and material and worked with such respect & courtesy, super guidance & patience. Wow.. what an experience. Something that would have taken me forever to figure out she guided me thru giving me time to search after explaining key points needed to make best decision. Then she came back to me to see how I was making out and explained even more as I was narrowing down. Without her assistance and approach to support a customer I feel like I would have walked out of store (as I did a week before). I hope she is there everytime I go back. Look for her, ask for her! You will not regret it.I'll be back Airbase!

We (on behalf of Stu & Sue George) had an outstanding experience working with Airbase Tile and Carpet, and especially with Woody Specht. Woody was very knowledgeable about all of products, and took the time to explain everything to us regarding the vinyl flooring and the tile and marble for our new shower. He was very professional and made recommendations about the best products for our renovations. We trusted his judgment and could not be happier about how our project turned out.
