First & last timers here!! The salon was messy & congested and no one was all that personable. Myself and my two daughters had a 3:30p appointment; my oldest daughter and I waited 45min before being seen and my youngest daughter waited 90min before being seen. My pedicure from Tom was fine. My one daughter had her nails cut short after asking just to have them filed (she’s been working hard to grow them out) and the other daughter’s nails looked lousy. The owner (I assume) did try to make it right by giving us a small discount but we’ll be sure to go elsewhere next time.

I think the girl that does my nails is newer. Polish not smooth, nails a little thick, but she's just learning.
Specialties: They have the latest specialties, and the services are extensive.
Cleanliness: Very clean and very busy.

This was after less than 5 days from spending $100 on a manicure and pedicure. They're so sales driven they rush you in and out to fit in as many people as possible. But the price to not even last a week? I've never had an issue with my pedicures chipping, I suspect this may be from their low quality polish line they use. This was the second chance I gave, I won't return

Fantastic nail salon! The staff is skilled, friendly, and attentive. The salon is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. I always leave feeling satisfied with my nails. Highly recommend! (And very friendly to pets! #sumo)

Was very happy with the service. My only complaint was my daughter and I had appts at the same time scheduled but I was started about 20 minutes after her. Otherwise it was a great pedicure!

One of the best nail salons in the area! Came in to get a previous-nail-salon’s work fixed, as a few of my nails had chipped. The lady who fixed my nails did a great job at a low cost! Will be coming back :)

always a good time here, love the service but really dislike the tipping system. tipping only available for each tech individually via Venmo or Cash App. so if you have 2-3 techs working on you throughout your appointment, that’s 2-3 separate Venmo transactions. Extremely inconvenient.

First time at Lotus..not happy at all..uneven nails .gel polish came off the tips already within a few hours.. paid more than I ever have for terrible nails

11/24/23 I from NYC visiting my family for Thanksgiving and needed a pedicure, Tammy did my pedicure, one of the best I have ever had, she took her time, the massage of leg and feet felt so good I almost went to sleep! Decor nice, relaxing atmosphere, I be back, highly recommend
