Great service but you have to pay to get your information from your old phone to your new phone $50 plus. Then you buy the block around $40 plus and the cord that goes with it another $30 plus most problems you have with your phone you have to call Google or what ever social media you are having problems with. Google the phones you are buying before you buy. Alot of phones are damaged and being sued. I bought a phone from Walmart took it to virizion had information switched to new phone nothing but trouble from day one. Phone does it's own thing deletes things, goes to different sights , freezes up when in most stores , redners, walmart,and most places near dover.

My elderly mom went in to have them check her phone. They told her she needed a new phone so she bought one then the person who helped her canceled all of our services (netflix, disney+, various apple service, ect) so the bill didn’t look bigger so my mom would think she was getting a deal. My mother signed the contract not knowing this, they just made it sound like they were getting rid of stuff she “didn’t need”. Now we have to reapply for all our services. Note my mom isn’t even the one with the iPhone, theres 3 other phones on our plan.
Don’t use this place. They’re sketchy, go to Dover instead.
