The Learning Center celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2019, making us the oldest childcare center in the Milford, DE, area. We achieved 5 Stars in Delaware's QRIS (Quality Rating Improvement System). We are family-owned and operated, so we embrace family involvement for the success of all the children in our care.
