I recently went to shore stop at 237 and January 25 found out that this store took $31.23 and they refuse to corporate with me on giving me my money back they said no one was at there store around 9:30 pm on there camera or they found anything on cashier machine where any purchases was made using my debit card when ask to speak to district manager they give me crazy excuse would not give name or number said they would be calling me but have not yet lady and the guy there said it's nothing they can do to help me out my bank told me what to do they refused to cooperate still waiting for a call which have not came yet that's bad business practices I'll never go there again and tell others what I went through there

I have been to this Valero location several times for the past few days. Damien the store clerk is awesome. He is very professional,kind, curtious, and very helpful. Everytime I go in there while he's working the store is very clean and smells good. He is always cleaning and wiping stuff down. Damien is awesome. Valero needs more employees like Damien. Thank you for being a pleasure to deal with

I have been here several times.. and every visit ,, the clerks are talking on thier cell phones.. not very friendly .. or curtieous.. my last experience there will be my last.. i ran out of gas thanks to my 20 yr old daughter,, ran out of gas while pulling up to the pump at 9:58.. had left my wallet at home.. walked to the door where the clrk locked it before i got to the door.. she had three customers in there.. i begged her i hadf ran out of gas and need her to ring me up.. she said sorry im closed even though she had three customers in the store .. she had not rang her register out yet.. it was late im there bymyself.. female and she left me there out of gas at the pump.. will never shop a shore stop again.. expecially for an emergency..
