I want to give this branch a 5 star, but for an overall rating I just can't. I haven't had great experiences there compared to other branches. However, I can definitely give 2 employees at this branch 5 stars. The new branch manager, Shontaya Williams and branch banker, Paula Cosby are top notch! I started working with Paula, and she was great. She exhausted all of her options to assist me. But my issue required escalation and that's where Shontaya stepped in. She worked over a 3 day span to resolve my issue. She stayed in contact, was professional and so helpful. With service like this, I believe she will pull this branch to a 5 star status.

Horrible customer service. Your notary policy stated that if I had a document to be notarized as a PNC active acct customer, I could come into the branch. I called the branch in advance. Nobody said all parties signing my document had to be PNC customers. I had a Pension document that my spouse was required to sign in order for me to rollover my pension and your teller and branch manager would not notarize their signature unless my spouse was a PNC client acct holder. I have been a client for over 20 yrs. I have rarely used your services. I bet if I was rolling over this account to PNC investments it would have not mattered that my spouse was not a client. I finally talked with your customer service line and they said oh yes, it has to be a PNC document. This also made no sense to me. It sounds like your branches and your customer service reps do not know the rules regarding notary. I paid for the service and for the first time in 20 plus years, I am looking for another bank.

When there with issues regarding checking account, the teller was very helpful & helped with all issues involved.

Two excellent experiences with Paula at Milford PNC. She stayed late both times and served us with humor and professionalism, recommending the right products for my husband and I as we started our financial journey together. We will do all of our banking with Paula in the future. Thank you Paula.

Been banking with PNC for over 8 Years and been going to this branch for over 5. No bank is perfect but like location and staff. The app is pretty user friendly as well.

Thanks to Ms Julie Hoyer at the Milford PNC Bank I was able to receive my funds that was put on hold. She had to leave and stayed to make sure I received my funds that was put on a verify hold. Thanks again Ms. Hoyer your awesome!!!

The tellers that serve you when you’re in and out are friendly and kind. Those sitting behind the desks at the cubicles not so much. I had an appointment at 4. Got their 10 minutes early, no greeting while standing directly in front of a lady for over 20 minutes before she said I’ll be with you soon and finally offered me seating (which you can not see just walking in. Another 15 minutes went by with no word. I finally asked how much longer to be told another 10-20 minutes. I finally after over an hour of waiting I left. There were employees just sitting at their desks. Completely unprofessional, now I see where the rest of the not so great comments/reviews came from.

Honestly, time and time again, PNC & this branch in particular has shown they are not up to the challenge in terms of going beyond to help. Bruce, the manager may be "professionally courteous" but at this point, multiple opportunities for him to assist beyond "reading from the generic script" has failed. We will seek to utilize our next financial endeavors more towards Citizens Bank or perhaps open up a Chase and move ALL our accounts ( there are many) to one of those.

I get wonderful service via the bank & drive-thru. The telephone service as well as my mobile app & the PNC website are so convenient! Very pleased with the ease of accessing my funds & accounts!

The last 3 weeks I’ve went through the drive thru and purchased a roll of quarters. Today I’m not allowed i have to come inside. with my newborn. Well what exactly is the drive thru for. Am i getting special quarters when i come inside? A discount? Makes no sense.

I love PNC Bank period. However, staff there is very friendly, professional, and very helpful. I have the PNC Smart Access Visa Debit card and I go to the branch and deposit money through drive thru, or use the ATM and regardless if I need assistance they are always there to help and assist me. Lovely location as well.
