Process very thorough from first walk-through until last. Every single worker (6) (I used this company for mult. moving jobs) was extremely polite and helpful !! My only regret is that I have now moved out of state.

The crew that came out to help us was absolutely amazing. The guy that packed both trucks for us is a true master of tetris. I don't think all of our stuff would have fit if it wasn't for him. I am truly grateful that I had these guys come out and help us move. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future move.

The two guys showed up exactly on time. They worked very hard. They were well organized and knew what they were doing. The workers were courteous and very careful with my belongings. The price was also moderate and reasonable. I highly recommended New Life Moving Company

I’ve made many long distance moves over the years and New Life Moving and Storage is by far the most professional, adaptable, respectful, and the company owner, Roger, made the drive down from DE to FL. Rodger came up with a plan since an 18 wheeler isn’t allowed by my development in FL. All their five star reviews are well deserved and what led me to this moving company. I was kept informed when hurricane Ian caused a few days delay along the east coast. Given the cost of diesel fuel, the total move was reasonably priced m. I cannot thing of any cons.

I hired New Life Moving and Storage for my recent local move and I could not have been more happy. They arrived on time, worked hard, were very careful with my belongings and placed all the items where I wanted. All with smiles and friendly banter. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

Moving is difficult and movers can be scary. I was doing my homework to find a reputable moving company and the stories were horrific. Then I met Roger at New Life. He is everything you want in a mover. Honest, hard working, dependable, responsive. He is a straight shooter and performs an honest job. I highly recommend him for you and I would absolutely use New Life services again. The owner never returns calls (Roger). The “crew leader” (josh) was very rude and disrespectful. They damaged our floors and walls and will not fix their mistakes. They broke stuff on our move and didn’t bother to let us know. If I could give negative stars I would. The rest of the team was amazing but the crew leader and owner are the worst. How do you tell someone that they hope they never see you again as their parting statement. And they are wayyy overpriced. Very rude and disrespectful company. We will be taking legal action against them for damages.

I used New Life for an out-of-state move from Delaware to Florida. This company went WAY above and beyond my expectations. The process was stress free from start to finish and Roger (the owner) was very accommodating to my timeline in a hectic time of year with Christmas and New Years. His pricing was very fair and I did not worry about my possessions as I saw the how carefully and precisely he handled everything. He kept in contact with me throughout transit and answered all my texts immediately. I was nervous having him bring the 53’ tractor trailer into my gated community with narrow roads but he assured me it was not a problem. When he arrived and I saw him navigate the tight turns effortlessly I knew I picked the right company. Thank you for the excellent customer service and job quality. Horrible experience! Do not use! They seemed so trustworthy and responsible. Horrible at packing for a long move and therefore many broken items. Did not reply to our complaints. Don’t use!

We used this company recently and they were awesome. We had Craig and John and they were fast, efficient, polite and friendly. They arrived to drop off the furniture right on time. And the fee was so reasonable. I can't thank them enough
