I ordered the college piggy bank, the item is adorable. However, my order was the wording in purple, with 3 hearts also in purple. It was just as i ordered in the email confirmation with the preview as all in purple. Some reason they did the hearts in black. The head hand painter said " said the order on our end came in as they hand-painted it with the hearts in black. I am sorry that your preview was in all purple." I guess its not up to the customer

I ordered a beautiful toy box for a baby gift and paid $149.99 plus $21.99 for shipping. The package arrived quickly via Fed Ex, there was a tiny chip on the side panel (which I was going to ignore) my husband could touch it up. When he started to put it together he found that there were two holes drilled with a "3" hole bracket. Since it was a custom toy box with a name on it, he proceeded to drill the missing holes. I contacted customer service and the response I got was "Maybe our assembly directions are outdated" if so, then why did they send a "3" hole hinge? I asked for compensation on the item and it took them 3 days to respond, with a $20 credit...seriously??? All this money spent and my husband had to do the repairs? I am very disappointed in the company and the customer service.

I was given a rocking chair AS A GIFT. I assembled the chair that arrived and sent a thank you photo to my sister who purchased it. She informed me it’s the incorrect design and not what she ordered. Company offered me 20% bc it was already assembled! How was I to know it was incorrect it was a GIFT.

I just received my son’s woodland animal espresso bookends yesterday in the mail. I’m not gonna lie, I’m not 100% happy on how they look! They look very messy and nothing like what I have seen on your guys Facebook page! I emailed the company last night, hopefully they can give me some answers on why these bookends look like this!
