Beware this place is rip off bought 2000.00 dollars mattress did not last 4 year's no results from them highway robbery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has high turn over with employees so. Its no win for consumer this is real reveiw shop some Were else professional business no way patient to rip you off yes very un professional sales pitch beware high pressure sales customers in the dark no budget out of the question. Bad experience not a budget King Size Mattress Kingdown Prime on from Mattress warehouse Filed complaint and submitted pictures to show that the mattress was sagging. The company stated that it this for Third Party Inspection. No response received. Met with Manager of Mattress in ********** *******. stated that they have limited options. sent email to company regarding the complaint, but we have not received Beware beware no response again. Bottom Line the Mattress is visually sagging or indentation over 2 inches. When laying on the mattress it is very uncomfortable. We are now experiencing major back concerns. Miquel and Tim are the best!! They dont rush you in making a decision they give you the time you need and answer a dozen questions you may have if needed with no hesitation ..together they make awesome team ...This is def #1 matrress store to deal with in delaware hands down for soo many reasons ...their professionalism and willingness to help is always on a 10...even after the deal they make you feel like if you need any assistance or have any questions yrs down the road they are always there...i believe them....they are def customer orientated and their feelings are genuine...so if you are in the market for mattress stop here they have best price...make you deel welcomed like they have known you for yrs they follow up with delivery the day befre and after the mattress is delivered...This is one company you never have to follow up to make sure they do their job..they are always one step ahead...and they have portrayed EXCELLENCE.. thru out this entire experience ...Thank you both for all the wonderful qualities u displayed. .you are a role model for all of us with your kindness..respect ..patience ...Thanks again!

Pretty cool associates and the are not pushy to sale you something when you come in the door , they want to hear what you got to say and I bought metal bed frame an adjustable one and got me a good price on it , 140 dollar nice Steele railroad framing that is what is made out of and got it for 100 dollars and I say that was a good price He done for me!

I moved in with my sister & slept on the bed that was in her spare bedroom for the 1st time. It was like sleeping on the sidewalk. I decided I need a new bed ASAP. Went to a couple of mattress places & none had what I wanted on hand. I went MW & talked to Miguel. He was exceptionally patient with me. He listened to my concerns & wants. He introduced me to Nectar. I loved it. Thanks Miguel, you deserve a raise. I’ll definitely recommend you ?

Tim had me in and out in 5 minutes with the perfect Full for my 5 year old and knowing what King sized Sealy I’d be coming back for later for us. I wish every shopping experience were like this one.
