However, I can definitely give 2 employees at this branch 5 stars. The new branch manager, Shontaya Williams and branch banker, Paula Cosby are top notch! I started working with Paula, and she was great. She exhausted all of her options to assist me. But my issue required escalation and that's where Shontaya stepped in. She worked over a 3 day span to resolve my issue. She stayed in contact, was professional and so helpful. With service like this, I believe she will pull this branch to a 5 star status.”
