Mike Wix at i.g Burton BMW is the BEST! He was able take care of our car problem immediately, even though we did not have an appointment. He was extremely supportive and always wanted to reassure us that things with the car were going to be okay and taken care of.

This was my first time at this particular BMW location and I was very pleased with my service. Everyone was so pleasant from scheduling to service. The service representative was very informative and took his time to explain any issues/ concerns he had with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Another great sale with Nate. Nate is a car guy, no pressure and knows the facts if you aren't sure on what model to look at. If you are a 'do everything online' and know what you want, Nate will get you in and out in record time !! About the fastest transaction yet. Rick (F&I) and Kurt (GM) are friendly, responsive and transparent about any questions I had.

i.g. Burton is an excellent BMW dealership. When my car started spewing smoke at the end of a vacation in Delaware, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 12 hrs so I could return to Maryland and see my patients at Georgetown University Hospital on schedule. This certainly qualifies as truly outstanding service, which was very personable as well. I would recommend them highly and without reservation for any service-related BMW issue.

It was ok! I chose my service advisor who I usually get,he was not the person I dealt withI didn't get a detailed print out of all the specs on my car like I usually do everytime like brake wear,tire wear,etc.I was initially charged for a service I didn't request but it was removedThings that were mentioned previously as needed were not even mentioned this time and I haven't had them done!I know my BMW is an older model but it's still a BMW purchased at IGI'm a little disappointed

Was leaving Fenwick Island, DE to travel back to Baltimore after a vacation and found I had a flat! Run flat tires but pressure was zero. Tire shops in that area didn't even answer the phone, and the one that did said the next slot was in 4 days. Fortunately I was able to get thetire pressure high enough and the nail hole leak was slow enough for a safe ( but harrowing) travel to I g Burton BMW in Milford. They were a godsend. Gave me a couple options and had me back on the road in only 1 1/2 hrs. Thanks to Greg and the whole repair shop.

My first visit here was for service on my 10-year old 328i. Getting an appointment was very easy, and I was really surprised and pleased I was able to get a loaner - that's a very good sign. At every step, Andrew was awesome. He kept me informed, was very clear about the estimate and hit it right on. There were no surprises, no "recommendations" for expensive things. Just straight forward, factual, reliable and high integrity.I've owned BMWs for 24 years, and this is my litmus test. If your first interaction with a dealership is service and you're treated like this - they're trustworthy. When I'm ready next year, this will be the first place I shop. They've earned my trust.

From making Service Appointment the Team were very accommodating but knowledgeable about the reason for the notification signals meaning and significance for service. Service Department usually sends a driver to pickup my 530i and give me a loaner but scheduled out until September. Took it in and Mike gave me estimate for the 77,000 service and it actually was less. Bought my car new from I.g. Burton and only they service my vehicle.
