We went in to look at Jeep Grand Cherokee L models without any intention on buying or leasing. We spoke to Vinny Stephano. He couldn't have been any more honest and accommodating. He wasn't pushy and only offered information when we asked. He was so honest and accommodating that we ended up walking out with a new lease. Car sales and leasing can be a really sleazy business but I have to say IG. Burton Jeep Chrysler was truly a breath of fresh air. They also having a HUGEEEEE inventory! If you're in the market, I'd highly recommend you check out IG Burton and DEFINITELY ask for Vinny!

My first experience with i.g. Burton was friendly and quick. I brought my car in, they welcomed me with a smile and told me to have a seat in the lounge and they would call me when my car was ready. I received a link on my phone to communicate with service if I had any questions or concerns. My appt. was at 10:30 and about 11:00 they told me my car was ready. To my amazement, everything was digital. Instead of receiving a printout of services performed, it was posted in the link. Thank u i.g Burton for your friendliness and good service.

Took van for front bumper repair. Small job. Took two full weeks. Got there to pick up van they said ready at 450 pm. They closed at 5 pm. Looked at van and bumper not aligned with Ty headlight, could see parts should not see plain as day. Took another day of rental and wait to pick up. Attitude of the woman who I had to show the issue to and who tried to give the bumper a good push into place was very inappropriate and the front desk was on slow motion. Asked for infant car seat from my car earlier in second week there and she brought both up front and indicated she would put other back when I said only needed the one. Of course not in my van when finally completed. Thank goodness I looked. It’s like really poor performance but I have insurance and they got paid and should not be paid for additional work or the last day of rental car. Not pleased and purchased my van from them brand new!!!

When I first bought my truck, it was so simple. Elias was my salesman very professional, the best I ever dealt with.. when I went in for an oil change, I couldn’t pick up my car the same day I dropped it off ans ask if I could leave there till next day they said no problem professional, the best. Highly Recommend

The management team was great, especially Mr Morales. He went over everything with me. He was very patient as we had trouble with the insurance person . It took her 2 hours to do my paperwork. They were able to get me financing and all the staff was very pleasant and helpful

I got an oil change and tire rotation done. I was taken in promptly and offered the waiting room and a water bottle or coffee while I waited. Treated me very professional and got me right out. Had my bill ready then I offered my coupon and she redid my paperwork so I could use my coupon. Saved some money. I’m happy.

Just had my front brakes replaced. It was needed. I can't say enough about the friendly, courteous, professionalism of the Service Staff here at Milford. Especially Paul who treats me like he is my personal advisor. The work is always exceptional . The service is always stellar. Let's face it when it comes to the brakes of your vehicle , you better have a great deal of trust in who is working on them. I certainly do. Thanks guys, another great job ? I'll be back.

From start to finish, this was an absolute seamless process! Rango helped me compare options with what I need/want and was honest and transparent. Ed Howell set up all of my app information for me. Chris entertained us while all of the computer work was being done. The finance guru, Mark, was awesome when wheeling and dealing with the banks to get me the best payment. All in all, I am saving over $200 a month! I cannot recommend the entire IG Burton crew enough! The days of sitting 6+ hours in a dealership are GONE! Amazing!

Had some difficulty with Advisor. However, He did attempt to rectify. Curiously repair was completed within an hour of complaining to management. Now I know why. Concern was not fixed after 800 bucks. Electrical system still has a draw and running battery dead in roughly 30 hours. Which was main concern when brought to your service dept.

I have never cared about an experience so much as to walk away and write a negative review, but this situation has changed that.I live several hours away and had been in contact with the store manager for days to schedule a time to check out a specific car. I confirmed my appointment the evening before and hit the road the day of. I was unable to get a hold of manager throughout the afternoon and as I approached the meeting time, I successfully contacted another employee who told me that they saw my scheduled appointment and would see me soon. At the time of my appointment, I was informed by the second employee that the car had already been sold.I did not put a payment down and I know there was no form of contract in place. That being said, if you’re the manager of a company and have a meeting with a client who is driving hours out of their way, at least have the decency and class to give them a heads up before wasting their time. Furthermore, if someone is going out of their way for one specific vehicle, don’t try to reel them in just to pedal off other used cars.I can’t speak for the in-person side of this dealer, but from what I saw I am incredibly disappointed. Be better.

Rolled in without an appointment. Middle of a 550 mile road trip with three kids and towing a boat. Overheating transmission. Mike and Dan were very busy but they did everything they could to get me back on the road. Diagnosis and repair done that same day and done well. Thanks! Great service and service department culture.

Dylan at I.G. Burton was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle I test drove and made the purchasing process easy and stress free. The finance manager was great as well. They both helped bring me back to Burton’s after some issues I had in the past. Overall, Great Experience!
