I wish I could give negative stars! My car was rear ended at the end of August. My husband took my car to Hertrich's Collision in Milford for an estimate. When there the guy who did the estimate said it would take two weeks. They were unable to give us an appointment for service until October 19. That was fine. They call the day before and reschedule it for the 6th of November. Thats fine. I'm just happy at this point to get my car fixed. The morning I dropped it off I was met there by the rental car company who gives me a rental that is just over two weeks. The Two weeks is at and end and i am told by Justin that they have 34 days to repair my car and to just keep the rental and tell them to call Hertrich. Come to find out the rental company had given me a car that was quite expensive to rent. They were under the impression that my car would be done in two weeks. They worked with me, and my insurance company and I was able to extend out my rental another week. Still my car is not ready. Justin tells my husband it should be in paint by the end of the week. We are now at a month of them having my car. I call and ask what is going on. Justin says it could be another week or two before it goes into paint. I tell him we were originally told two weeks and he says that's not true. He doesn't know what to tell me. He was very rude and spoke down to me. I asked to speak to the Manager Art. Art gets on the phone and tries to gaslight me saying Justin would never talk to me like that and all of the customers love him. he said my husband was a liar and never told that it would be two weeks that this was a 70-hour job and it takes a while. 70 Hours does not add up to over a month. I am still without my car! I am paying car payments and insurance on a vehicle I haven't even been able to see in over a month!

They did a great job on our car! The work was done on time! Great customer service. We had to cancel a couple of times and they were accommodating.

Completely disappointed!Original estimate had all OEM part numbers for replacements.When I picked the truck up everything looked good. I was pressed for time so didn't get a chance to really check it over as far as replacement parts.Once home? I checked the completed invoice and noticed several OEM were replaced with aftermarket parts.One of the parts replaced with after market were both headlights. Both headlights are from a different manufacture!The charge for one headlight is twice as much as I can get the OEM headlight for.Both headlights are absolutely terrible. Spots in the center of the light pattern. Additionally, as I found out on a trip at night, neither were aimed properly. The truck was dangerous to drive at night. (I later adjusted the lights myself, even properly aimed they are terrible because of the pour quality of the projector lenses.) I will be buying OEM out of pocket to replace these lights.Another vital aftermarket part is the A.C. Condenser. Another cheap aftermarket part that they charged over the OEM part price for.This vehicle is less two years old and the front end is now aftermarket junk with no warranty..There are several other issues, and some fraudulent stuff that I won't go into detail.But it does explain why our vehicle insurance cost is so high.I would not recommend this particular shop.

They’ve always done a great job! We had a dear run into us and cause about 4K worth of damage. After the car was fixed it looked like new!

Possibly the worse paint job I have ever seen. Started peeling with a month of getting truck back. Orange peel all over the place. Took forever as well as so unorganized.

OK, 4.5 stars because Hertrich, not the body shop, needs to integrate their units so they can operate seamlessly (e.g., Service and Collision can't coordinate unless the service relates to the accident).The work itself was well done and delivered early. Paperwork was not complicated. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained.Scheduling is always a pain (we're all short staffed these days), but they worked with me the get an early date (I had to leave the car for a few days so they could fit the work around other jobs; no problem).Excellent staff.One worker had missed a form, but she was willing to stand in the rain while I sat in the car to fill it out (I'm no j**** I sent her inside and brought it in when I was done).Overall, an excellent experience. Don't have an accident, but if you do, these folks will take good care of you.

Too many dealerships too many collision centers with only one or two workers. condense collision centers get things done faster, have more employees in each Center

Chloe.... You are amazing!! Kind, efficient, on top of it! The pizza was great, the happy hour slices cost were amazing and larger than expected. Best white pizza I've had in a long time. Fast and tasty...And for that lady who was complaining, and yelling at you for having to wait ten minutes. You handled that like a champ!Good looking cowboy too

Just had body work done by the newly acquired location in Lewes and I am so pleased!! Took awhile for my turn to come for my appointment but so worth the wait!! Fast and friendly service! Dropped it off on Tuesday done on Thursday!! Beautiful work!! Thanks so much do your Lewes location!!

I wish I could give a zero star review. It seems pretty clear to me the employees of the Hertrichs Collision Center in Milford are only interested in protecting each other and do not care about customers. They told us my fathers Ford F-250 would take about three days to fix front end damage caused from am accident and in total it was there for about four weeks. They gave excuses from waiting on the insurance company to finding more damage and having to order more parts but the biggest problem was they never called to let us know anything it was always us calling and getting no answer, having to leave a message and waiting to hear back from them. When we finally got a call to pick the truck up it was at 435 in the afternoon and they told us we would have to be there by 5 because that's when they close. My father was still working so my mother and I drove down there about 5 minutes away to pick it up. The lady from the front desk walked me out and we looked at the front end and I said it looked good. She opened up the driver side door for me and I got in and drove home. About an hour later my father got home and looked over the truck and saw the passenger side mirror was broken. At this point they were closed so the following morning we called and did not get an answer. We left a message and waited a few hours but did not hear anything back so we drove the truck down there. When we got there the lady Leslie from the front desk took pictures and told us they would be given to the manager a d we would hear from them soon. Once again they never bothered to call us and it was back to us trying to call them over the next 8 days. Finally we decided to go back down. My mother went by herself and they told her while they do have pictures to show the mirror was not broken when we originally dropped the truck off they walked me around the entire truck the day I picked it up and the mirror was not broken. Leslie them told my mom that she really liked me but I told her I was so scared to drive this truck and I was scared of my dad if anything happened while I was driving it he would be furious and that she really likes me but she thinks maybe it was me that broke the mirror and now I'm scared to say I did. My mom told them she followed me the whole 5 minutes back to her house and that no I did not hit something and am trying to hide it. They had the truck for almost 4 weeks we had it for an hour and they say we won't fix your mirror because we didn't break it. I believe someone was pulling in or out of one of the building and hit a wall and didn't tell anyone they did it. We have bought vehicles from them before a d bought this truck (F-250) from them and had even been there this past month looking for a new truck but we will never go back to Hertrichs again. They lied over and over again then they cause more damage to our vehicle and won't take any responsibility. We asked to speak with the GM and they said there is no GM in the building but gave us a card with a man named Art on it. When I called the same woman answered the phone (Leslie) and without realizing it was me told me there is no GM in the building so no I couldn't speak with one. In other word if you have a problem they keep it in that building so it doesn't get out and don't let you speak to the real manager of the place. I would assume they think if they keep giving you the run around you will just give up but they don't know me very well because Im not letting it go. This is the absolute worst place to take a vehicle for any service so please for your sake go elsewhere so you can avoid the headache.

Had car here and they replace anything they could to make the bill the most they could even charged insurance for things they didn't replace as well as let me leave with a mechanically unsound car as they left gaskets out when putting the car back together. My car is a 2020 si and literally had just the rad and condenser and center grill damage they turned the bill to $5300 had the car over 2 months and somehow got oil all over the rear seat its now at honda because it's not running and was just fine before they touched it. Never will I ever take or buy anything hertrich and I would caution everyone they same. What a bunch of lying hacks never againServices: Air conditioning

Adjuster was nice and very thorough in checking my car for all damage relating to my car. Great experience despite the damage to my car. I'm sure it will look great once it is fixed
