Very disappointed with the lack of service and efficiency with this Pharmacy. If I could I would switch to another pharmacy but due to my insurance I am stuck with CVS. On several occasions my physician has sent my prescriptions via ESCRIBE. I wait days without a notification to let me know the meds are ready but they show as in process, waiting days up to 1 week without my meds. You call the pharmacy and no one answers or returns your calls. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! On several occasions I was present at the CVS in Milford, DE with a long line of patients waiting to pick up RX's and are told that they are behind when the meds have been sent days before. This needs to be addressed and corrected. It is not fair for patients who have medical problems who are needing meds, to then having to wait days for them to be ready. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I have addressed this to corporate and CVS Caremark. This pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive up. They finally handed out this huge bag of stuff for this person. There is no reason why that employee didn't have that customer come inside. He said the reason was It was stuff from last week. Doesn't matter when it's from.. nobody wants to wait 14 minutes in a drive minutes add a drive up

Never returns calls. My father died tragically last mo. I had to have my RX to go to Ireland where he died of a heart attack. Not only did I have to arrange to meet my mom I had to secure my meds. After being hung up on 27 times I reached out to William, store manager who reached out to pharmacy for me. 4 weeks later I needed refills. Left 8 msg in 5 days w/ no call back. This pharmacy cares nothing about the patient, only the paycheck. I now know why there's only 3 CVS in entire county. I have been in health care 45 years. DO NOT USE this pharmacy. Anywhere else but here unless you like being treated like...BTW...8 days 11 msg I am still waiting waiting for a return call!!!! Staff and pharmacist rude rude rude

My experience with this pharmacy is almost illegal. They are the only pharmacy in my network yet they have refused me service on two separate occasions. For no reason I can fathom. Now my (only) recurring prescription has run out and they still won’t fill it. They keep saying “pending” and no one at the pharmacy can answer my questions why. One other prescription I had they refused to fill so I travelled to another CVS in another town and had my doctor send the Rx there and they filled it. I probably will have to call my doctor and send the Rx to another CVS to pick up there. I don’t understand this at all.

If I could give LESS than 1 star, I would. This is, without a doubt, THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unfortunately, my insurance requires I use CVS, as there are no other participating pharmacies in my area.They NEVER answer the phone. Voicemails left on their system NEVER get responded to or returned. Prescriptions sent in are NEVER filled unless you show up and ask for them, after which, you're always told "they might be ready in an hour".I cannot fathom HOW this is permitted to continue. If you can, go ANYWHERE else.

Literally no matter how long I wait to come pick up my prescription including coming the next day It is never done. I always have to wait. If this wasn’t the only place my insurance considers in network I would never go there. Wish I could give negative stars.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, not CVS in general, just store #10222 in Milford, Delaware. I tried to get several Rx's filled for 4 days last August and never got my meds. Wound up having to go to a different CVS that filled them the same day. Tried this week to get those Rx's refilled at this CVS and I'm on day 3 with no results. This joke of a so-called drug store needs to be shut down. They're incompetent and I suspect people are suffering adverse health events because they can't get their meds in a timely manner.

The worst Pharmacy location I've ever used. They're rude, ignorant, not there, process your prescription for 2 weeks and NEVER call you back. All calls go straight to their voicemail now and it's hit or miss if the drive thru part is even open to help you. I've gone days, 1 week waiting on prescriptions I've been taking every month since 2009. They make you do their leg work, (call your physician, call your insurance and see if it's covered. My insurance is CVSCaremark ?!?!?!) It stresses me out trying to take care of the 15 prescriptions I take everyday and make sure I'm doing THEIR JOB to have what I need. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

WORST CVS EVER!! CVS CORPORATE something be done here!! Staff, Store Managers and Regional Manager obviously are not rectifying any of the situations so someone higher must step in. I have received top notch service at Pennsylvannia CVS pharmacies for 25 years. For the past 6 months Milford CVS (store 10222) pharmacists (Mike) and and especially pharmacy staff (Gino, Erica, Dana) are never accommodating, could care less to inconvenience the customers, snippy, rude and unpleasant. If you don’t like your job then quit!! The drive thru is consistently closed during peak times with 4 pharmacy staff members working with a sign, “Drive Thru closed, come inside for service”. I witnessed an older man ring the call button twice in drive thru, waited 8 minutes ignored and no one came to the window. I realized closed sign was up after moving up. The 70 yr old gentleman broke his ankle so had to wheel in on his scooter. Never witnesses a Pennsylvania CVS drive thru closed in 25 years. This is the only CVS store that “seems” to claim the CVS app is always wrong which they don’t control and won’t explain it. I asked the pharmacists if they are escalate “CVS app issues” to management and corporate. The answer was no since they are just the pharmacy. When I point out the three people in front of us in line were turned away and asking the same question he shrugged his shoulders and said they are short staffed. I point out the four people behind the counter is not short staffed if these issues were escalated and addressed. I pointed out the pharmacy would have more productive time, since the influx of calls, walk ups and drive thru for status on pending or in process scripts would be avoided. Zero acknowledgment back from pharmacists but an eye roll from Erica pharmacy staff. A e-script and paper prescriptions stay in a “pending state for days until you call the store and ask for status. Drive-thru window is always closed (excluding lunch time). When we ask why, they say short staffed yet four employees working all on the phone dealing with customers inquiring about pending, in process or filled status prescriptions. In store pickup of medicine takes forever, waited 40 minutes during that time staff waited on only 4 other customers. Majority of their time was answering the phone dealing with angry customers. The last 6 times, told prescriptions that showed filled weren’t filled and would have to come back. Why do I have to come back it every time, it takes all of 5 minutes to accommodate filling a prescription. I told them we would wait said it would be 20 minutes so should probably just come back. Told them I would wait since it’s pain medication for family member who had major surgery. One hour and 7 minutes I waited, told twice they are working on it. Prescriptions take days, some occasions weeks to be filled. They stay in this pending or filled status. When I get a ready for pickup, go their not ready told to come back in 20 minutes again. Go back in 30 minutes or more, still not ready so have to wait for it to be filled. Then when you ask why it’s been pending for days, staff can’t keep the story straight, it’s always a CVS app error issue, or they had to order it. I ask why I wasn’t notified it was out of stock and ordered. Again “Pharmacy can’t explain the CVS pharmacy app, cause they don’t control it”. I informed them this feature works at all other why is it only failing at Milford 10222 CVS. I opened a corporate ticket for Milford CVS pharmacy “app issues” and never heard back although requested a call from regional manager. So if this is happening to you, your not alone! My family, neighbors and colleagues have witnessed multiple customers losing it because they are having the same awful experience at Milford 10222. This town is filled with retirees, military veterans, some who are disabled and to close the drive thru everyday at peak times (excluding lunch break) is cruel and completely unacceptable to the customer base in Milford. DISGUSTING, SHAMEFUL, and DISGRACEFUL treatment and experience!
