I am not going to lie for a few years this place was truly terrible. I would say the last 8 months this location has tried to improve the staff and perhaps add to the staff. It certainly has made a difference. Drive thru lane has been more efficient. Even walking in there is less of a wait.

The CVS in our town is so convenient and usually has all the items I’m looking for. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

you can't talk to anyone in the pharmacy to check if they have a prescription in stock. you have to run through their automated call robot - which is extremely sensitive to sound and impossible to navigate - and you can only get through to the voicemail. they don't return any messages. it's ridiculous since you can't use their website or app to look up in stock medications. I feel sorry for older people stuck at home trying to navigate this poorly built system. it seems i'm not the only one with issues with this pharmacy looking at other reviews though...

This rating is strickly based on my pharmacy experience with this store. It is absolutely absurd that all pharmacy calls go directly to a voicemail system and there is no way to speak to a human. On the 4 occasions I've called, I never recieved a call back.

If you are young or young looking and black shop somewhere else. You will be racially profiled and followed around the store like in the movies and on TV. It was unbelievable. If you carry your own shopping bag they will assume you steal and treat you like trash. When I spoke to the manager, who watched the whole thing, she told me she had things to do. Milford black people go to a different store when Dana is on duty.

They treated me like I was a addict/drug seeker that was lying instead of looking into what the issue was with filling my prescription. News flash! Not everyone who is on a controlled medication is a addict and/or liar!

Went to pick up my prescription, the system wasn’t working to process my rx savings card they said come back tmrw, I came back the next day and they told me they no longer have it, I asked “so did you use my prescription for somebody else?” The drive thru pharm tech said “yea possibly” so annoying and unprofessional!!!

I just moved to Milford and went in with my daughter to pick up her prescription, that women pharmacist was so sharp and rude to the lady in front of us and then to my daughter. I cannot possibly be the only one who have complained about her. And I guarantee you I am not transferring my prescriptions to your pharmacy.

Very disappointed with the lack of service and efficiency with this Pharmacy. If I could I would switch to another pharmacy but due to my insurance I am stuck with CVS. On several occasions my physician has sent my prescriptions via ESCRIBE. I wait days without a notification to let me know the meds are ready but they show as in process, waiting days up to 1 week without my meds. You call the pharmacy and no one answers or returns your calls. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! On several occasions I was present at the CVS in Milford, DE with a long line of patients waiting to pick up RX's and are told that they are behind when the meds have been sent days before. This needs to be addressed and corrected. It is not fair for patients who have medical problems who are needing meds, to then having to wait days for them to be ready. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I have addressed this to corporate and CVS Caremark. This pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive up. They finally handed out this huge bag of stuff for this person. There is no reason why that employee didn't have that customer come inside. He said the reason was It was stuff from last week. Doesn't matter when it's from.. nobody wants to wait 14 minutes in a drive minutes add a drive up

Never returns calls. My father died tragically last mo. I had to have my RX to go to Ireland where he died of a heart attack. Not only did I have to arrange to meet my mom I had to secure my meds. After being hung up on 27 times I reached out to William, store manager who reached out to pharmacy for me. 4 weeks later I needed refills. Left 8 msg in 5 days w/ no call back. This pharmacy cares nothing about the patient, only the paycheck. I now know why there's only 3 CVS in entire county. I have been in health care 45 years. DO NOT USE this pharmacy. Anywhere else but here unless you like being treated like...BTW...8 days 11 msg I am still waiting waiting for a return call!!!! Staff and pharmacist rude rude rude
