It took me 4 days, which included 6 visits to the Boost Mobile store and numerous phone callls to support services to add an additional line to my family line. I wanted to port in a number from another carrier. During my visits to the store, they weren't able to assist for reasons too many to mention. They referred me to customer service, who notified me that they weren't equipped to do it. They referred me back to the store. On my return to the store, I thought I had finally gotten an employee who could help me. Unfortunately, I got an email later that night from the port division informing me that they were having difficulty porting my number, and gave me a number to call. I called the number and explained that based on their email, they were attempting to port the incorrect number. They thanked me for notifying them, but there was nothing that they could do. They could only terminate the port request. They sent me back to the store!!!! Online activation was supposed to be free, after I purchased a Boost mobile phone online. However, when I tried to activate it through online support, they sent me back to the store, where I had to pay $85. was told that I couldn't add the new line to the family plan. I had to create a new account at $50 per month. The monthly cost would be $30 for the same amount of service on my family plan. However, I'm forced to pay $50, because the store and support service say their systems don't allow them to add the line to my family plan. They had plenty of excuses as to why they couldn't add the new line to my family plan, but none made any sense to me.This has been a horrible experience. I will be contacting corporate very soon to complain. I will be requesting a refund of the $85, I paid in the store, and transferring the new line to my family plan.Hubert JonesThis all occurred in April of 2023.

Congrats on being the first place I add to my do not go list for 2021. The man behind the counter seemed to be bothered by doing his job. He did not honor the price on the card next to the phone. When I questioned him he stated get it online then. As a former sales manager I would fire him immediately. I went to tmobile across the street and I'll be switching tomorrow. He lost Boost a 6 year customer. Good job.

Went around 10am, place wasn't even open and store hours were shown on the door and online that it should have been open...or well online it was posted as OPEN...got there and no one was in there. Asked the guy next door at GNC if he knew anything and he said they make their own hours.
