I had a storage unit here for a little over a year, and all of the girls were always so kind to me. The storage facility as a whole was very safe, and I loved that you needed a code to get in/out. I also got lucky and my unit was so close to one of the garage doors. Would recommend/use them again.

I recently concluded a 4-year period of renting with All Climate in Milford. I rented the unit when they had first opened.
First, the unit itself was an amazing value, a HUGE spacious unit that is nothing like the typical storage facilities I have found elsewhere that give you the bare minimum square footage and also barely give you maybe an 8 foot ceiling. I would say the units at All Climate may be larger than advertised AND the ceiling is easily 15 feet high as well.
Second, the units are in perfect condition, even 4 years later, with smooth concrete floors, no cracks or defects. The doors are easy access and roll up and down as smoothly as though they were riding on oil. The blacktop all around the facility is the same as well, in near perfect condition, and you have plenty of maneuvering room to get to your unit, wherever it is.
Third, the company recognizes military active and veterans with a break on pricing, which I very much appreciated as an Army Infantry veteran.
Fourth, the staff, especially the Milford site manager Arusha, could not be more helpful, courteous, knowledgable and responsive, whatever your needs may be. Any time I called or emailed about anything, I would get a response sometimes within minutes but never more than a few hours and always the same day (or the next morning first thing if sent after hours).
Fifth, the location is really great and very secure, literally a few 100 feet off of Route 1. It is a very safe area and they have all sorts of monitoring equipment and sturdy gates and fences, etc.
Sixth, they have an easy to sign up and navigate their website to keep track of payments and invoices, set up autopay and pretty much anything you need to do as far as the admin side of things.
If I had not needed to move my property stored there to a distant location I would have rented with this facility perpetually and certainly will do so if I have need again in Sussex County. Out of at least 15 different self-storage sites I have used in at least 4 different states over the last 25 years, I would rate this one #1 out of all.
The only thing I would have preferred, though it was never a real problem for me, was if the access hours were extended in the evenings (they cut off at 7). This was resolved for me by simply arriving and entering before 7, and they allow you to remain on site for a couple of hours past the access cutoff to do whatever you need to do. I appreciate the earlier cutoff time though, in terms of security. I never had a concern or problem with this in all four years.

The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. The facility is sparkling clean, and after 2 1/2 years, my belongings were exactly as I'd left them.
