Looking for a special interior door. The representative took the information to call me back the next day. 2 days later I call back and talk to a different agent. He found my request, said he would research and call me back. 2 days later NOTHING. What's going on?

Friendly staff, open on Sundays. I ordered doors at 84 lumber instead of Lowe's to save the hassle, lack of employees and inflated prices.

These guys clearly don't want to bother with anyone except commercial accounts. I've been there several times and, when they do bother to help me, their lumber is priced higher than the big box stores in Lewes but I've paid it without complaining because who wants to drive to Lewes, right? My last visit there, though, was my last visit there. When I walked in, there 4 or 5 employees standing around the counter area just shooting the shit. Not one of them bothered to greet me. When I walked up to the counter, one of them asked what I needed, and so said I was looking for privacy fence panels. He looked at me like I had asked for some alien technology. Another one the guys said, "we don't carry fence." And then another asked what kind of fence panel I was looking for, so I elaborated "privacy fence", and showed him the picture of the fence I was going to build, which was 6' high pressure treated pine 1x5s, a pretty common fence option. After looking at the picture, he said "all we have is vinyl fence panels." So I said, "well, I don't really need the panels. I can buy the materials and make my own." They all kind of looked at each other with panic in their eyes at that point, like the thought of actually iiselling me something was going to ruin their day, and then Mr. Customer Service said to me, "you don't want to buy our 1x5s, they're all warped and knotty. I did agree with him that, at that point, I didn't want to buy their 1x5s; but for a completely different reason.
