FIVE stars for Larelle (not sure I got the spelling correct - sorry). He is an asset to this Wawa and is nothing but kind and professional. He makes a dreaded run to the store pleasant. While the food quality here has diminished drastically over the last couple of years (almost always skimpy or wrong), he keeps us coming back!

i just had an unpleasant experience here on 6/9/24 with the girl on night shift making the food. upon receiving my order i realized i wasn’t given my sour cream packets that i paid for. the girl disappeared in the back so i asked one of the men up front if they could grab it for me please. when he went back to grab it the girl was giving me a dirty look saying i didn’t pay for the sour cream and that it “wasn’t on the ticket.” i literally told her to check my ticket but the man gave me the sour cream and said i was all good. i don’t understand why people have to be so rude, especially when i was polite when asking for it. this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location so maybe their screen isn’t relaying the order correctly but why do they have to be so rude???

Every time I order a door dash it is always a messed up order and they intentionally won’t make your sandwich the way you want. Very upsetting and disappointing considering you pay extra for the food you order.

This Wawa has great staff. Everyone is friendly and they always make my order just right. Lorelle is a stand out member of the team! Always helpful, pleasant, and positive. 5?

Went in here today to get some cigarettes and then the lady ask me for I'd I had to go to my car to get it then waited in line untill it was my turn used half gift card half credit card the lady that was ringing me up said I still owed money went back it said waiting for cashier soni left because once I tap my credit card it goes to my phone I waited about five minutes for it to go through to my phone it didn't so I called talked to the manager on duty Mike ask him if the transaction went through he said no so he had to void the whole transaction and I got away with six packs of cigarettes and a 25 dollar gift card so he was accusing me of stealing what I thought I paid for I told him I don't need to steal anything told him that's why I was calling I went back to pay for the stuff but as I got there told him he can keep it don't want to be accused of stealing anything I don't steal nor do I need to but someone accusing me I won't ever be back to this Wawa again

Hands down my favorite wawa!!!!! I usually go in late nights after work and the 3rd shift crew is Impeccable. The manager Debra is amazing. She is genuine, kind, and absolutely incredible. Alec who also works late hours is wonderful as well. I make sure I always stop at this wawa just to see there smiling faces.
