I also went shopping there about 2 weeks ago. I had a full cart and the self checkout lines were limited to 15. There only about 4 checkers open and mine wasn’t checking and bagging. So I had to put them on the belt and then go bag. It was not something I will continue to do.

Don't go on Sunday they restock very slowly. Empty boxes on shelves missing merchandise.

In general this Walmart is a great place to shop, the prices and variety and availability are usually excellent.
However, it is sad to see Walmart back tracking on the Self Serve check out lanes. They have recently implemented a reduced amount of items that can be checked out and have reduced or blocked off many of the larger lanes.
Several years ago this store and many other Walmart stores added dozens of large self serve lanes. They had more lanes than any other retailer by a LARGE margin. Check out was a breeze, fast and convenient. The reduction of lanes and amount limits is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately there will now be longer waits for registers. My time is valuable and
I will be reducing what I purchase now at this Walmart and thinking twice about stopping at this and other Walmart stores.

Better stocked and not so crazy on this Thursday mid afternoon.
Saturday evening wasn't bad.
Busy restocking and I found everything I was looking for.
Especially the great value ginger snaps that I enjoy.

Customer service is non-existent. They actually lost the key to the cigarette case, so couldnt get any of those from at least the 4th to the 8th. The only time I will shop at Walmart is if someone buys me a gift card and still, even without spending my own money, I am always disappointed.

Just did some shopping there today to find that ALL the self checkout stations are restricted to 15 items or less. About 3/4 of them were not being used and there were several workers there to “enforce “ the new rule. Last time there for me except for a few items that I can’t find elsewhere.

Not enough self check out open. They must be worried about theft, but I don't think inconveniencing everyone for a couple bad apples is the solution. Perhaps have more people working the area instead of filling online orders blocking aisles and holding up shoppers. Online orders should be picked overnight or off peak hours

Poor customer attention. Most of the departments have no designated staff to anwer phone calls. Even the HR department does not pickup calls.
