What a difference a year has made. Dealing with Ashley and the pharmacists is such a pleasure. Ashley always had a smile on her face which is infectious for all her customers. As long as Ashley's there I am not going anywhere.

Wonderful staff. There are so many times when staff are very busy but they all still work hard to service customers. The pharmacy staff in particular are just exceptional. I don't know all of their names but George helped me and my parents and he was fantastic. All the pharmacist and staff always go the extra mile and are just wonderful. My heart felt thank you to them.

Worst Walgreens ever. The management is out of their minds on a power trip. I’ve never gone to a store and felt so little. Horrible workers and just all around not a friendly environment , especially if you cross them and don’t even know you did. Worst experience.

STAY AWAY TO SAVE LIVES!! This particular Pharmacy staff is absolutely untrained, unprofessional, high risk, and unbothered! They have a SERIOUS problem with filing scripts accurately, lying to their customers, and not holding themselves accountable! They make their mistakes the patients or the doctors problem! They pretend to be helpful then lie to your face. They’ve filled my sons scripts under my husbands name and completely cancel or not even fill my husbands scripts! My husband has waited over a month now for two serious medications (blood pressure medication and mental health medication). When I call to correct them filling my sons scripts under my husbands name, they tried to tell me I needed to get new scripts & tried to blame the doctor for not using a suffix with their name (Sr., Jr., III, etc) KNOWING full well it’s THEIR responsibility and the Pharmacists responsibility to ensure that the date of birth is used when filing prescriptions!Being a registered medical assistant myself, I KNOW that this is a SERIOUS PROBLEM and SERIOUS MALPRACTICE! It can be VERY DANGEROUS; even LIFE THREATENING, for patients to receive someone else’s prescription! It’s also illegal; which they should also know but, they won’t even acknowledge they made a mistake! If they had just acknowledged what they did and apologized, I would have let it go as an isolated event. However, since they didn’t/wouldn’t apologize nor regard their serious mistake, I find that VERY alarming and am taking this incident further! To top this off, I’ve seen them turn their elderly patients/customers away (while not even busy) denying them the option to wait for their prescription to be filled while there; forcing their elderly patients to come back out later in the day, near closing time, or telling them next day! They’re also very judgemental & discriminatory towards patients regarding certain medications they may be prescribed. They’re completely irresponsible, ignorant, and ridiculous!Though this pharmacy seems to be the only one open during the weekends, it’s best you try to ensure that your prescriptions be filled during the week, if you can, and transfer to or find a TRAINED & TRUSTWORTHY Pharmacy ELSEWHERE!

Need to put this out there for people to be aware.Back in I believe April it's been so long I forgot but I dropped off a prescription for muscle relaxer. I never was notified it was ready and since it was a workers comp claim had to go to concentra that prescribed another and filled one on site. This past Saturday dropped off a prescription for pain killer and gave my workers comp prescription card at same time. The automated phones system said Saturday, Sunday and Monday still working on it today said no prescription on file. I was on hold for 43 minutes hung up at 8 pm. Started a online chat with Walgreens customer service and they said it wasn't filled because of insurance they new it was supposed to be workers comp. I am going to file a complaint with Attorney General office in case something shady is going on. But completely done with Walgreens.

Can’t seem to get my prescription filled. Sent in by the Dr on Thursday . Talked to Mark on Friday and was told it would be ready later in the afternoon. Went in on Sunday and was told it still wasn’t ready. I will be switching over pharmacies. I can’t keep driving over the bridge for a prescription that isn’t ready..

Your Covid and Flu process is horrible. Appt for 10:15. Waited in line until 11am. You need to have more staff and a much more efficient process. Failure of management.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. I dropped off a prescription for my infant son after an ER visit the night before. I was told to pull around in 5-10 minutes to get it. I got back into the drive through line 10 minutes later, which was 5 minutes prior to closing, but there were three cars in front of me. They served the gentleman in front of me and then put up a sign that said pharmacist not on duty and shut the window. It was not even one minute past closing and I had been in line for five minutes. When I rang the buzzer for service, a woman told me to come back. I repeated what I was told and that I needed the medicine for my infant son- that it was for issues he was having breathing. Didn’t care. Said I have to come “when it’s open” or have my prescription transferred. So- can’t give me the meds for my child like you said- WHILE OPEN- but you can still transfer the medicine script. Got it. Glad Walgreens employees are in their positions for their clear care about people (particularly children).

Ordered same-day photo items yesterday. They were supposed to be ready around 2:15 YESTERDAY. Waited for a confirmation that they were done and never got one. So this morning we drove here at 8:33 and the lady working said yesterday’s employee just didn’t do ANY of the photo work. This lady was super helpful to get our stuff done…but please don’t make promises if your employees can’t deliver.

The pharmacy is worthless and slow. A prescription that was called in before 10am wasn't ready a 4pm. They told me they closed early yesterday so that's why and my prescription won't be ready until tomorrow. Finding a new pharmacy.
