Disappointed in this post office. It use to be nice going in there with helpful staff. Not today. Desk clerk abrupt and rude. He saw I was having trouble with my bandaged arm and still no offer of assistance. Also, I don’t need to be told repeatedly to hit no or yes on the kiosk. I can read the question and decide how I wish to answer. I should have just gone into the mail center I walked by versus walking further to the post office. I will pick the mail center in the future should the need arise.

I just want to say how much I love my mail carrier, Pam Ortiz. She is amazing. She goes above and beyond to deliver mail. She is so kind and considerate. Miss Pam is a true blessing.

I guess they don’t even care about their ratings. Even the 1.8 rating can’t make them think what they have done. The two female staff in the afternoon shift there are just trying so desperately to be difficult. It seems their fun is to give hard time to the customers. Unbelievable, they need to be fired.

Henry at the counter is so helpful and courteous. I was in the Post Office yesterday and he waited on me with my priority mail. I went back today for another reason and while I waited in line I watched him take care of other customers with genuine kindness. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me today but she was excellent as well. Thank you!

Completely unprofessional and rude . Was dropping off a package and wanted a receipt. Was told to take a picture!? Would not even scan it in the system. Anyone can take a picture and say they dropped it off. Place sucks . And the Korean man is the worst , dismissive, rude , and completely lazy .

I am very disappointed. I went in here with my already completed passport application, ID, a scheduled appointment, and proof of citizenship. I was prepared. The staff was extremely unprofessional and did an awful job of representing USPS, this store, and the work they do. The man I dealt with was extremely rude and short to myself, and the women in front of me. I was helped 10 minutes after my appointment time, and they did not see me because I did not have my birth certificate. While I understand that I may have been missing some information, I would have appreciated someone helpful. Earlier in the morning I tried to call to make sure that I had everything I needed in order to be prepare for my appointment, but no representative picked up the phone. The clerk seemed annoyed and treated the clients as if they were a burden to him. Not to mention when I walked in there was a line of 3 people, once clerk helping someone, and this guy was sitting on his phone at the desk with a sign that said “See other Window”. I won’t be going to this post office again, I’d rather drive half an hour to see people who are willing to help me.

I don't generally leave reviews, but this is by far one of the worst post offices. I would give this place zero stars if I could.We came by to get 2 passports done. A simple process. We came in early due to courtesy. We were made to wait. There were 2 female black ckerks on the window. They asked us to wait by the side. Our appointment time passed, and the clerks keep taking other customers, ignoring us. When I asked that it's 7 minutes over the appointment and you are keep taking other customers. She got upset. She starting yelling like a crazy person. I have never seen this kind of behavior in my life. Then she kept yelling the word "supervisor".The supervisor came around. I explained to him the situation. He seemed sympathetic, but looked completely defeated with the expression saying "this happens all the time in this scrappy place. Why are you even here"?? LOL.I think it's time our great postal services comes to the new century, hire employees who at least graduated 8th grade, and know their arm from their a$$.

The man "Sam" that is behind the counter has got to be the "Laziest" person I have ever seen. He gives everybody the stupidest excuses to why he cannot go in the back and get your package. I had to deal with him on many occasions, only to get excuse after excuse, as to why he cannot get my package. The entire post office can be empty with people, no lines, and still "To Lazy" to go in the back and get customers packages! Why don't he "Retire", if he doens't want to work!

This post office charges you for fake package weight!!! Do not go here, go to any other post office in Delaware. They have up-charged every package I take there but any other post office it’s no problem. SCAM!

Need to hire more people, over an hour to send one out one box. The bald African American guys a ick head also, I sit my package down on the counter and he points at the scale for me to move the box onto the scale.. that’s your job and the scale is behind that dumb plastic screen they have set up on the counter.

Probably the worst postal office in the State of Delaware. We just moved into a newly developed community in Middletown where we have cluster mailboxes. One of the latches in our section is broken and the postal service is unable to deliver our mail to the box. Our mail is being held at this location; however, they have lost several pieces of critical mail. Additionally, they have not been able to provide us with an accurate ETA as to when repairs will be made to our mailboxes. I as well as other homeowners have escalated our concerns to our State Representative Office in hopes of having this addressed.UPDATE:Still no resolution. We have missed several critical pieces of mail relating to our mortgage and as well as a number of other important materials.

This place is a joke. Don't bother calling them cuz they wont answer. Even called Odessa Post Office and was told to just go in because they never answer the phone. What kind of business doesn't answer their phone. Waste of my time!!!!
