They tell you when your package will be shipped out and arrive. You pay to have it shipped and then they don’t put the package on the truck for delivery. The ship date is now incorrect. They will lie to get your business. I asked them if I missed the truck for outgoing packages, they said no, it just showed up, so you are assuming your package will be shipped that day. There was a very nice lady who worked there and she would tell you that the package will be shipped out the next business day because the UPS truck already picked up packages for today’s ship date, I rarely see her there anymore. The owner(s) should learn from her. This type of thing has happened multiple times. I also have a mail box there, I either don’t get my mail, or I received someone else’s mail. Not worth the horrendous $250 a year. Bad way to run a local business.

Junk store, rude staff and always greedy for money.
Single paper print out was charged 7$ and took 2$ for closing the package with piece of tape.

This is a horrible store, staff is extremely rude. They lack minimum etiquette.
Also they take advantage of Amazon returns if you forget to print label they charge 5.50$ to print Amazon labels and 5$ if we don’t tape the box.

If I could give a zero, I would. I'm told this person's name is Sheila. She sure was rude and unprofessional. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Had I looked at the reviews before hand, I would've never went there in the first place. Look at the reviews, and the story is told on who's mainly having great experiences. Never again!!

I normally go to the one in Smyrna on Stadium Blvd but wasn’t able to get there before it closed. Had a 1 piece document scan to my email and the charge was $5.20!
I only pay $2 in Smyrna…..said that to the person who was waiting on me and asked why she just repeated the amount. I googled the charges when I got home and it said $2 for first paper and additional amount for more sheets. So why was I charged $5 for 1 paper?
Watch out sounds like they are padding the till!

Had an absolutely wow experience at the UPS … the staff is amazing and extremely helpful.. I had to courier some important documents and was a bit confused with the tedious process to courier them. The staff was extremely patient and helpful and helped me with it. A shout out to Logan and Alex for going out of their way to assist me… thank you so much and I really appreciate all the help !!!!

Beware of Thomas Lushbaugh at store 4755. He is not customer focused nor does he provide good customer service. I am new to the area and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store. There are other UPS stores in the area and I urge you to use their services unless you are looking for a rude, entitled, disrespectful man to decide whether or not he will assist you. There is a reason the store he owns currently has a 2.4 rating on google.

I only use this UPS location when I absolutely have to, and I always dread the experience. The staff makes everything as complicated as possible. Expect to wait around despite staff standing idle. Expect to pay high fees for the simplest item. They never fail to disappoint!

The service provided was as expected, however a2$ for a 28" strip of tape, without cash a min of 5$ charge. I purchased the a roll of tape for 4.59 and tried to leave a roll for customers to use since I wasnt going to bring it home. I was told they couldnt let it sit there, and the employee would be fired if she left it there . I simply wanted to pay if foreward to others in my situation. .....I would have a 1-2 box limit for courtsey taping then required charge. Pretty lame!!!

I had a very bad experience with USPS before coming to the UPS store in Middletown DE and was greeted by a super great young man, I didn’t catch his name but he wore a few rings, a necklace and had blondeish hair. He was so incredibly helpful with me sending important documents to Spain. He made it super easy and helped with the address as well. Seriously I can’t be more grateful, made a bad day better

At the beginning of my transaction I was told that I would have to pay for the box. I was never told about the $5 computer use fee, just asked if I wanted them to print my label. I assumed it wasn't free but never thought it was $5 to print a $.50 piece of paper. It should've been stated prior to printing when I was told about the box fee. When I saw the $5 fee pop on the screen, at the end of my transaction, I addressed it. The gentleman said 'sorry dear' and that was all. I paid but I won't be returning for anything outside of prepackaged transactions. Not a great experience, customer service needs to improve because informing a customer of charges prior to a transaction should be a normal part of communication and $5 for a piece of paper is shameful.

I'm in this store multiple times a month (sometimes a week) and the staff has been nothing but accommodating, helpful and generally great. I rely on UPS for my business and this store really helps me with that!

Not friendly at all most of the time, nor appreciative! It doesn’t hurt anyone to be pleasant!! I was at your store this morning 2/21/24at around 10:30am, far too early for anyone to have had a bad day!!
