So just found this Mail express place that also works with Fed Ex and DHL… I dropped off a FedEx box, normally I get charged in other places but not here! Thank you!FYI , My boxes are bigger than most so can’t drop off at at a drop box.

This location has very warm and welcoming staff. I was at the facility towards the end of day. And they went above and beyond to ensure that my shipment which has a deadline was processed. They even offered complimentary shipping supplies.

I am so happy to discover this local small business! The customer service is outstanding! The staff are all very helpful, kind, and professional. Going to UPS is a headache and the store always nickel and dimes me for tape, boxes, etc. Here at Mail Xpress, I can use the tape for free… L O L! It’s the small things that make a big difference. I will continue to frequent this location because the staff understand the importance of great customer service and adding value to the customer experience!
