Zero stars!! Will never shop here again. So much for supporting our veterans. Had a refrigerator delivered. It was dented in 3 places and my wall was damaged in the process as well. The delivery driver refused to take it back and told me there was nothing he could do I had to call Lowes. I called Lowes four times and nobody answered the phone so I drove over there only to get the run around. Customer service told me I had to talk to the appliance department. Waited 30 mins back in appliances. No one was there or showed up when paged. Went back up to customer service. The told me go back to appliances. Someone finally showed up. He was less than helpful. I told him I wanted the damaged fridge pick up and the new one delivered in the same trip. He said the only way to do that is to buy a second fridge. So basically hand over another $1500. Otherwise they have to pick up the damaged fridge one day return it to the store the next day and then wait for a call to deliver the new fridge. So now I’m without a fridge for several days. They were completely unapologetic and made no effort to rectify the situation at all. I will not shop at Lowes again. The delivery company then had the nerve to ask me to give them all stars on their survey because they are having a competition!!

Pro service is really bad, arrived at 430, had an issue that other people couldn't help me with, went to pro desk, saw they were doing some paper work so I waited for 10 minutes. Saw someone else go behind the desk and asked if they could help, they weren't pro so they couldn't. The guys doing the paper work looked at me and didn't say anything and I figured they would help me when they were ready. However the man with the pro shirt on removed his apron and went back to work at around 500, at 510 I finally said excuse me, would you be able to help me. I need a pro member. And he told me that he is getting ready to go off work and he can't help me. I said that I arrived before he took off his apron and he didn't bother to help me when he was on duty. He kind of scoffed at me and said that I did arrive before then but he was about to check out. He finally did ask me what they issue was, but still refused to help either way. Honestly, with pro in the name you would expect someone to be able to help you instead of ignoring you for 30 minutes then going off clock even when you see a customer. My issue would be solved in 2 minutes had he helped me. Rusty has given us issues every single time I've come to the pro desk.

This place is an embarrassment to the Lowe’s brand. I ordered a John Deere mower from Lowe’s, this location was assigned to deliver it, and it was supposed to be delivered last week. They reschedule to one week later, which is today. Delivery window between 1-5pm, it’s now past 7pm, and it’s not here. I called corporate, they said I needed to talk to the store. I called the stores customer service department. The woman answered, I explained the issue, she hung up on me.
I called again, same lady, explained the issue, she hung up.. again.

Won't go back only have self checkout. People standing around not doing anything. Whatever happened to customer service. Homedepot from now on

I came in for a return of a well pump.Holly at customer service was more than rude and had a poor attitude. I explained to her that needed store credit for my return despite of paying with my Lowe’s Card. She immediately said, no it’s going to get refunded how you paid. I said, I need it as a store credit. What did she do? Told me “it’s going go back to the card…ok?” I said, no, it can’t go back to the card. Conveniently, she already processed the return. So we could not exchange the item.
She knew how to handle this situation and could have refunded it how requested. Instead, she wanted to be spiteful. I hope she learns from this interaction. She is quite hateful and completely inconvenienced our family including a 4 year old, 10 year old and 12 year old who has no water.

My opinion of Lowe's just took at nose dive. Not because of the merchandise but because of a "rewards" system that cheats the customer. We have a joint Lowe's credit card with hubby and I as signators. Lowe's has a new rewards program with rewards levels achieved through dollar amounts spent. What they don't tell you is that they credit purchases to an individual, not to the account! And it is the cashier that determines which individual gets the credit. Hubby went to Lowe's, spent $100+ , and the amount appears under my name for rewards. So now we will both have to reach the $$$ level to achieve rewards without "losing" this purchase. Sneaky system to short change couple/families! Poor show Lowe's!

What happened?? The online inventory/ location of product is wrong. No human manned check outs. Only self checkouts of which only three were working! The line was 30 people long.
