Not happy with how the coupons are assigned to be used on certain products. You never know what you can use a coupon on until you’re at the register. And then you feel like you have to buy the item or look like a jerk. It’s very frustrating and one of the reasons why I haven’t shopped at kohls in a long time

Customer service return dept. with one particular person named Gwen terrible. However, the rest of the store is fine everybody’s nice and polite and they greet you with a smile and say thank you even trying to help you with your merchandise. I had a terrible time at customer service. the lady didn’t want to wait on me, it was an even exchange which after she rung each item she said take it!
And she did not want to give me a bag for my exchange!

Nice clothing. Prices are a bit high compared to Marshall's. Used self check out. I had a gift card and the employee supervising that area helped me use it. Very nice. Over all a very good experience.

While I'm not happy with the material your ladies clothes
are made of now I found my Gloria Vanderbilt jeans still
there and I found a mans shirt for my husband that I didn't
have to shorten the arms. 'They fit.
