“I've had the same phone for 10 years and it's because my bill is finally correct after 4 years of trying. My previous experience was terrible at the Middletown store. I recently tried the Elkton store, it was so sad, The handicapp ramp was a challenge, it's crumbling,and the girl was unkept with jagged dirty nails and dried food on her lip, the guy didn't look happy to be there. They said I had a free phone that will not increase my bill and no costs at all. WE go to do it and she says it'll be $100 for a start up fee. I told her that I started with Verizon before you were born.”
