I had a really bad experience at Great Clips on July 10th 2024. When I checked in via the app, my wait time was estimated to be 70 minutes, so I waited patiently from 5:00 pm. I appreciate the priority service feature, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there.
When there were 14 minutes left on my wait time, I arrived at the store only to find that my name had disappeared from the list. The person behind the register informed me that since I arrived after 40 minutes, I would not be served. While I understand that there are rules in place, this experience has significantly affected my perception of the service.
To make matters worse, the cashiers were not friendly or accommodating, which only added to my frustration. One bad experience can ruin a customer's perception, and this was certainly the case for me.

I requested a style. I even showed the girl who cut my hair the style. And I kept the picture open on my phone the whole time. Needless to say, my hair looks nothing like the photo. Not to mention, she cut my hair WAY too short! I'm very disappointed and in no way satisfied at all. I don't remember her name, but she had short brown hair & was a heavy set white woman. I definitely WILL NOT be going to Great Clips in any location ever again!
Requested style: It looked like a fairly easy asymmetrical short hairstyle. Longer on one side & shorter on the other.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Certain hairdressers are fantastic. But today the one my mom and I got were terrible! I'm not a professional, but I could've done better with kitchen scissors at home with my eyes closed. I asked for layering. She hacked and slashed my hair every which way. Just go somewhere else, you'll have better luck.

I was a walkin at 3pm , good time no wait.Joselyn was very friendly and gave a nice haircut. It was so good, my wife also decided to get a haircut as well with Joselyn. She was also impressed with her.She took the time to ask how we wanted our haircut and the results was just what we wanted. You can't go wrong asking for Joselyn when you go there.

Easy to set up an appointment but it's usually busy and has a bit of a wait. Only been there a few times and the stylist were friendly and fun. Although the last one didn't seem too experienced with the haircut I wanted. I wanted a beard trim and it turned out a bit bland and too short. The haircut was clean but the style was stiff and unappealing. Still the experience was well and relaxing so that is a plus.
