I have been shopping and getting my prescriptions filled for a couple years. Camille is the best pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She has saved me money many times because she takes time to find the best insurance to use when I pay for my prescriptions. Camille also takes time to ask how things are going with me.

Finding a decent pharmacy in Middletown is a struggle. If our experience at the Giant Pharmacy today is indicative of their service, then this might be where we will move all of our prescription needs. My husband and I tried in vane to find a local pharmacy with any open appointments for a flu shot. With all of the chain pharmacy outposts in Middletown, we were surprised to find the soonest we could get the flu shot was in three days. As we were in the area, we stopped at Giant to see if they permitted walk in. Much to our surprise, they did. The pharmacist was gentle, kind, and very personable. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and her willingness to work with us. There was no attitude or condescension as we have experienced at other local pharmacies. We’re glad to have found a pharmacy and pharmacist that understands such a position isn’t just transactional. We will be back!

Abigail has been a joy to deal w/ recently as the new pickup manager. Not only do i get a cheerful call to let me know that my order is ready, but she goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer experience isnt a rough one. No more 30 min wait for pickup. Things are really easy and timely since she joined the giant middletown team. Keep up the good work. SH

Late to open. Don’t answer phone, meds out of stock when get same medications each month. Pharmacists and some staff seem bothered to assist

picked up a prescription @ Dove Run pharmacy & when I got home & looked @ receipt, I was charged "a donation fee' of 94 cents, NO one asked me if I wanted to do that...that's not right to change a prescription from $8.06 to $9.00

There's a pharmacist/tech there that is completely rude . She's never friendly, and she always gives me and my whole family a hard time . She is in the wrong occupation if she feels like it's necessary to give attitude and not be helpful at all . Even when you bring her coupons to help with your already expensive medicine , she does not want to help you . If it happens again , Im just going to take it to management .

Came in today for my mother’s 2 new prescriptions. The woman said there were 3 ready for my mother. There was actually only 2, but she attempted to give me the third one that belonged to another patient. I told her my mother was not prescribed the third one and she said “oops you didn’t see that. That didn’t happen haha”. Got home to realize she gave me the wrong mg for one of medications. I specifically told her what mg I was there to pick up that day yet she gave me the higher dose that she is to take at a later time. She had a good attitude but her double mistake really upset me as we are dealing with medications something serious! Thanks Casandra Nitowksi.. according to the receipt.
