I was standing in line with the other people. When the cashier started yelling at this kid. She was saying that he needed to get out of the store him and his friends. She said that they was in before and must have walked out without paying. Then she called the other staff telling him to get them boys out the store. She didn't care if they had money or not she just wanted them out. The other staff went over there and talked quietly to the boy. The boy showed him that he had the money. So, the staff took him and his friends over to his cashier and rung them up. Now, I understand about people coming in there stealing but there is a way of doing it. That wasn't the way that the women cashier should have acted. If they was stealing call the cops. She needed to take up some kind of training for how they should act when dealing with this kind of situations. I am a grandmother and I felt she handled it all wrong. The other staff did the right thing. Thank you to him.

I have been to my share of Dollar Trees, and let me tell you, this was one of the best well stock and organized one I have been to by far. Not a box in sight . Everything was in place and not jumbled all over the place.!!!!

The bathrooms for starters looked like it was made using a a minimum budget and was only available with use of key. I understand because they wanted to keep bathroom clean. Also I noticed a problem with clutter on floors and stuff that fell and no one picked up. I would like to also say, me and my group were rudely yelled at by a manager, despite the fact that we weren’t breaking any rules like stealing, yelling or breaking items. Overall, bad experience and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I love Dollar tree in general but the Dollar tree Middletown is not organized very well they don't have a lot of products that I see and other Dollar trees but I live in Middletown so that's the only Dollar tree I have access to at the moment

Understaffed store. They keep restrooms closed to customers (probably so they don't have to clean as much). Store was stocked when I visited and organized.

I am being modest here. The now $1.25 store had what I was in search of. Surprisingly, there were 3 cashiers at their station! My cashier, wish i had her name in my memory, was pleasant. Zero complaints, but nothing stood out. Oh, Xmas everything was available: trim a tree, ornaments, gift wrap?

I love the products here and it is a great overall dollar store with an excellent selection, however, i have noticed that employees close the store 15-20 minutes earlier than the scheduled closing time. As someone who comes straight from work when I need something, it is extremely frustrating to try to go in and have the door locked on me at 9:45pm when the closing time is 10:00pm. I am not able to come earlier in the day and when I do come, I only grab a few things. It is understandably frustrating to employees when shoppers come late, but doors should not be locked 15-20 minutes before closing time, and employees should not be ignoring those that are trying to come in. I don't normally write reviews, but this has happened to me so many times and I am so fed up that I had to say something about it.
