The guys at Diamond Town Tire & Auto Care are great to deal with. They quickly diagnosed my vehicle's problem and provided a detailed explanation. They also presented me with options and some advice going forward. All in all, very happy with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

DON'T take any vehicle here !!! Please save yurself time, money, and the headache . I called and made an appointment a week ago, they scheduled for wensday @ 10am, my son was there @10am and was gonna wait, the guy working said they where a little behind so he got a ride home instead of waiting a few hours, 6 hours later I call him and ask how the van feels being all wheel alignment being done and my son says the van is still there and nothing (NO , ZERO Communication , phone call ) saying why, When, how, where , so I called this so called tire place and the guy was clueless in why, what, how ... so I explained to him you's had my van for almost 7hrs now, what's going on with it and why hasn't anyone called . He said oh I don't know but we'll call you in less then an hr. Guess what NO phone call back and they close @ 5pm, I call back and leave a message and AGAIN expecting a call back first thing when they open the next morning, NOPE nothing till 12 in the afternoon, then to top it all off,, I was given a price of $119.99 but was charged $199.99 and when I called for that, the guy said isn't your van "lifted" I said of course not, look at it and anyone can see it's NOT... I don't know how this company has been in business as long as it is, probably moving different places or different names I don't know but we will DEFINITELY NOT come back here !!! Sad our personal mechanic said go there, they "should hook you up good" ... absolutely the opposite !!! Plenty of other tire shops to go to . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
Ok so after my review the company replied back with every excuse as to why they weren't professional, funny if you leave a bad or not great review with companies, they try and flip it around on the reviewer... if only they called and let us know that they have issues with employees or computers or electric went out or the company employees where all sick and they are keeping the van overnight and explained anything and everything then my review would of been different, maybe a 3-4 star ... but they didn't call, text, email, and we where clueless about our van in yur shop and what's the status on it... we got nothing till 12 afternoon the next day and not even a "oh sorry about the mix up... WHERE OR WHERE IS THE Accountability ON YOUR PART as an "professional company " !!!

I wanted to go up in rim/tire size on my RAM 1500 pickup from 18 to 20 inch. A friend recommended that I should go to Diamond Town Tire & Auto Care in Middletown for any truck repairs, replacement parts, and accessaries. I took my truck there to get an estimate and it was well within my budget. All of the staff was friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable, and eager to replace the rims/tires on my truck. I must say they did an excellent job on my RAM 1500 pickup. After driving my truck daily on several kayak fishing adventures in state/out of state it drives like a dream now thanks to the team at Diamond Town Tire & Auto Care. I would recommend these guys to anyone that need any work done to the truck to include upgrades.

I called to make an appointment to have a front end alignment on my daughter’s car. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The service was completed and the vehicle was ready on time. I highly recommend this business.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Diamond Town, where I went to get new brakes and rotors installed. Initially, the service seemed fine, but shortly after, I noticed an issue with the brakes. Upon inspecting the work, I realized that a key component, the shim that holds the brake pads in place, was missing.
When I brought this to the attention of the shop, they claimed that the shim was bent and that I would need new ones. Skeptical of their explanation, I decided to get a second opinion from Firestone. To my dismay, Firestone informed me that the shims were not bent but completely missing. They also noted that to correct the issue, I would need new brake pads and shims.
This oversight by Diamond Town Tire not only cost me additional time and money but also posed a significant safety risk. I expected a higher level of professionalism and attention to detail from a specialized tire shop. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services and advise potential customers to be cautious and seek a second opinion if they notice any issues. I also believe they were well aware of what they did, as they checked in via text two months later. Probably expecting me to return. I share this only to bring awareness, stay safe out everyone and beware of shady practices such as this.
