I have been with M&T for a few months now and have been happy in switching back to using a real bank that you can go into to get assistance, instead of the online only banks that are advertised that don’t even have decent agents to talk to when you call. “MUST READ:Are you opening a new account?***Make an appointment online. It's the new requirement***We opened all of our business accounts with this Company. We moved from our bank we had for the past 11-12 years.It did take a while but the bank was willing to work with us.Eveann Jerry is definitely willing to work with customers having their business accounts opened. We made an appointment the day prior. She called and reminded my husband exactly what he needed and to make sure we were attending the appointment.I thought I had all of the correct documents but they waited for us to submit one last document, so we could open our accounts that day. They worked with us and stayed open 40 MINUTES after they closed.We've never banked with Chase but after our experience yesterday and seeing our accounts online today. I realized this is the BEST bank out there. Both helpful, and technology wise.I'm a tough cookie and they handled everything professionally. Thankful we had a chance to get to know the Assistance Vice President, Eveann Jerry.”
“I was at Citizens Bank recently with my two brothers to close out our Mother's accounts. The customer service representative Chloe Sayers was absolutely super helpful. She was very patient, smiled a lot, and knew what she was doing. It was a time-consuming process and she treated us with total kindness and helped us understand what she was doing. You could see Branch Manager Paul James totally trusted her with us. I don't live there but if I did, I would certainly bank there.”

Snacks,Water, Pens love it!!! This site and Main St Newark I say GOOD JOB visits like this makes me proud to be a member. Newcastle tellers Mean,Wilmington (No parking/safety for elderly members who has to walk far to get the the atm/branch) branches as well as the reps who answer from Dover needs work....the chewing over the phone, the inaccurate information to get a customer off the phone it’s frustrating .... Ladies at Middletown & Main St Again thanks for all you do!!”
