I had a slow leak in my tire, so I called NTB. They said come in right away. They assessed it was a bad valve stem, and replaced the tire. Also, my sensor of the tire reading pressure went out while it was being serviced, so they replaced that for free! They said “we don’t want you to come in with one problem, and then we add another.” Thanks NTB for the timely repair!!! It’s worth getting your tires from them, because they treat you right when something goes wrong!

I have had really great experiences here so far and they have gotten as out of a lot of binds in the last minute. Battery dying, flat tire. I take my car to this place for all of my maintenance now. The only thing I wish I could do was have only one particular mechanic work on my car. I kind of like the Personal Touch and do miss that.

Excellent and efficient service! I came in need of urgent care (tire completely flat) my vehicle was taken care of properly and correctly; human compassion was shown! NTB on Kirkwood Highway in Delaware,has a forever customer in me!!! I highly recommend them for All of your auto repairs/needs!!!
