I had a great experience! I brought my car in on a spare after getting a flat tire, Chad helped me right away and had it changed for me within less than an hour! He also advised me to have my other tires changed soon and he put air into the ones that needed air as well.

I stopped because I had a slow leak in my tire, John, had it fixed and me back on the road in 10 minutes. Great customer service experience.

Fantastic experience. I was in a borrowed vehicle and discovered the rear tires were old and leaking. They help me find the right tires for the vehicle at a price I could afford and installed it for me while I waited. Everyone was courteous and professional and the wait time was much less than anticipated.

I would give a minus 5 if listed.
This place is a rip off, they DO NOT back up the poor work they perform on your vehicle. The tech worked on my wife's car and never installed the coil pack clamps. 90% of all her work besides some oil changes or minor repairs have been done at this shop.
My advice is stay as far away from this shop as you can. Take it to a trusted shop that has true skilled mechanic to perform the work. Tires maybe ok to have installed but nothing else I would trust with them.
They play the warranty game for mistakes that the tech caused by not doing the job correctly to start with.
I will NEVER bring another vehicle to this place again.
