Anyone who gives this location less than a five-star rating doesn't understand the work that people do behind the scenes to take care of their patients. If more patients had more patience with people the world would be a nicer place. Thank you to all of a staff to work very difficult hours to support the people of this community.

I was using this pharmacy before but now forced to change. Huge lines whenever, not possible to reach pharmacy to find out if the prescription is ready - cause there is no-one to receive calls. So you need to drive, stand in a line to find out that your prescription is not ready yet.

Time and time again this place messes up our families regular prescriptions! Had to go to the hospital for a bad sinus infection, my rx's were sent here at 10am. I get a message at 3pm that me meds are ready. I sit in the drive through for over 30 mins to be told that there was a "glitch in the system" and that my meds aren't even in the system anymore. That "they have never seen this happen!!" WHAT THE ACTUAL FUDGE?? Y'all do this all the time and I am so sick of you people. The attitudes of everyone working in the pharmacy sucks too. I just can't understand how you do this for a living if you continuously treat people like trash. We are most definitely switching pharmacies now. Then they say come back in 30 mins, I said I'll be sitting in the parking lot. I get a call 15 mins later saying she got the meds to go through, but they won't be ready for 20 more mins.. WHAT???? This is absolutely unacceptable!

**** this place. Been going here for years. Now it's worst than ever, switching pharmacies this week. Just waited on hold for 37 minutes to get hung up on. Called back, waited another 23 to confirm medication that I already ordered on their app that was messed up on their end. This is at least the 5th time it's happened. Last time went up there for meds that were ready only to wait over an hour to be told only half were done and they had to order more. So unprofessional,

Had the best pharmacy experience today!! Went for a scheduled shot... fast service and kind pharmacy employee! Does everyone complaining understand that if they used the Walgreens app for renewals and select delivery lines would be shorter and they MIGHT be happier??

I hate this place. I've been using this location for years and it's truly terrible. I'm going to look for a new pharmacy because I can't take it anymore. Ridiculous wait times every time you go whether inside or drive-thru. Auto refills never work. They gave my prescription to the wrong person before and gave me another person's prescription. I called to tell them that they gave me the wrong prescription and it disconnected after 10 minutes of holding. I called back and was on hold for 57 minutes when someone picked up the phone, set it on the counter for a few minutes and then hung it up. Now I have to go into this hell hole and wait 30+ minutes again just so I can tell them they messed up and they'll tell me to come back tomorrow and wait again to pick up the right prescription.If you look at all the different local pharmacies' Google reviews they're almost all terrible. These corporate pharmacies put all of the local ones out of business and then understaff and undertrain their employees and you're left with no choice but to deal with it.

I wish i could give NO stars. This place is absolutely THE WORST I have ever experienced in my 40+ years of needing to get prescriptions. As soon as i get my last one filled, I'm changing pharmacies immediately. I don't even have the words for how bad this place is. I've absolutely had enough. I hate this place with every molecule of my being.

Had to wait an extraordinarily long time for a vaccination for no apparent reason (I was the only one there and there were 6 pharmacy employees) other than they didn't have it together and were in no rush.

I have never gone to the 5 points location and not waited at least 30 minutes. The pharmacist is very unprofessional. He obviously can’t handle his job cause he will hang up on you if he doesn’t know an answer. Extremely rude all the way to the top!

This place has gone downhill so fast the last 5 years. Pharmacy is terrible. Hours are terrible at pharmacy. Drive thru is open whenever they can find someone to work it but it’s sporadic. Auto refills never work anymore. Bad service. These 5 star reviews have to be fake.

It used to be our go to pharmacy when unable to get to our DOD pharmacy at Dover AFB. They stopped accepting Veterans medical needs at DoD prices and without a plan are outrageous. They dumped their Vets , charge retail prices and their service for that is completely inept. Have not seen the inside of that store for anything in over 6 years and will likely never have reason to go back.
