Horrible customer service. About two months ago I messaged on FB and received a reply, stating they would complete a project for me. After saying they would be able to do what I was asking I went out and purchased an item of furniture for Salvaged to paint for me. I then contacted Salvaged again through FB, letting them know I found a piece and was ready. No response. Waited a week and called. Was told to email them. Emailed. No response. Waited several weeks. FB message again, no response. Texted a number that was in the automated email response. No reply. Called again two days ago and explained all this to a woman on the phone for her to say “we’re busy. Email us and we’ll get back to you.” I said I have already done that so not sure how to proceed from here. She took down my name and number and to no surprise no one has contacted me. This is incredibly disappointing. I am finishing my upstairs and was planning to purchase several items from Salvaged. Will not be doing that now. I understand companies are busy and people are busy, but I can’t understand not responding to quite a few attempts of contact. I’ve wasted too much energy on this. This review will be the last time I waste energy on this company.

First time here and I fell in love with this place. The furniture is all beautiful and the prices are very reasonable for the great quality. I bought a dresser and a media console, which I had been looking for months. Brynn and Richard were so helpful, they went above and beyond with their service. I highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

I have purchased several pieces from Salvaged since 2021 and they are all amazing pieces. This spring I decided to do a little spruce up at my business and Brynn was wonderful to work with! She and her husband really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service, even bringing some of my purchases to me themselves in their way home from their shop! You don’t get service like that anywhere!I love love love the items they stock, everything is of great quality and simply beautiful. I’m addicted to their Facebook posts, it’s like a treasure hunt. You never know what piece she’ll post next and the online deal is always a great price. Can’t say enough about this wonderful store!

Where do I start? I have been a loyal customer at Salvaged for 10+ years. Brynn and Co. have been so attentive, professional and kind with each interaction. I like the fact that there is always someone to greet you at the door with a smile.I have purchased many amazing furniture pieces over the years, many of which were custom painted to match my own home decor. I have also attended many special holiday events and sales. If you haven't been to Salvaged yet...please put it in your GPS as a must see shopping stop!

Neat store with lots of great furniture flips for reasonable prices. The problem is that they're so popular that much of their furniture is sold already. Also great place to buy chalk paint and get painting advice.
