Just stopped in the PNC at 17725 COASTAL HWY LEWES, DE 19958Tried to get an issue resolved and the women in the office was rude and not willing to help. She shouldn't be in customer service.

Every time I have to call or visit this branch everyone is so lovely. I’ve called the regular line and spoken with the branch manager who was helping out answering phones. Unfortunately, like a lot of people, I fell victim to a scam. I went in practically in tears and within 5 minutes was in the office of Lindsay Whaley. She has been an absolute god send through this whole process. I could feel how much she and the branch manager truly cared and they worked tirelessly to get the best result possible for me. I cannot thank them enough. PNC truest has some amazing people working in the Lewes Branch who deserve A LOT of recognition.

Was forced to switch from capital one when they shut down, everytime I go to this pnc bank I stand there at least 20 minutes slowest and worst bank in lewes

I can't stand the tellers in there ,my boyfriend was i there and they know him but switched banks for businesses purposes ...He was there at 11:00 a.m. at 3/13 2 lady tellers were very arrogant and disrespectful another reason he left ...So he went to cash a check they ask for id no problem,he produces drivers license ...Then they want another , he gives his insance card , witch every bank in America accepts ,they said not good enough major credit or registration of vehicle or passport lol , like people carry that around normally lol...Car registration was in my name...At this point he knew they were giving him a hard tine , so he finds a major credit card said Visa on it dates were current then she said it was a prepaid card , and he got so mad as he was leaving the girls were chuckling like giving us a hard time for no reason...I hope the manager reviews these 2 women we didn't catch there names bc my bf is laid back back it was a terrible situation....They should of never treated him like that...It was clear it was intentional...I recommend Wells Fargo there more professional and give professional courtesy's such as cashing checks if not a member without charging a few , and easy to deal with....PNC is absolutley atrocious!!!!

The staff are wonderfully courteous, patient and helpful beyond belief adn expectation. We have had an account there for twelve years aden at several other banks in the region. None equal PNC's helpfulness and speed. When the line gets long, a manager comes out to open another teller window. When you need information or advice they are all helpful. We especially like that we can get a notarization there. And they all remember your name!
