Shena was so incredibly sweet and understanding and helped me calm down enough to get it done without much trouble at all. I wish I lived closer so this could be my regular diagnostic place! “Lots of bad reviews that scared me upon arrival. Most people who do not understand that earlier checkins do not equate to earlier appointments. I scheduled my appointment for 12:15 and was seen at 12:17, the techs were kind and fast and the tech taking my blood helped calm my nerves since I am not the bravest blood giver. Last time I went to a lab corp they didn’t even talk to me and the tech left while I was giving blood!! This place is much nicer, cleaner, and faster.”

“This Labcorp is exceptionally well managed. The waiting room is CLEAN and comfortable. Patients are cycled in and out like a well oiled machine. Check In is easy and straightforward. The GEM is Ikea. Ask for her! Ikea is the best phlebotomist I've had in ages. She is friendly, patient and very competent ... a painless stick on the first try. Highly recommend asking for Ikea!”
