Wow ! We came to buy two blinds . We met Randal . He was kind, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. We had just left Home Depot. What difference!. Person there was not Randal . They don't answer the phone. And if by chance you're lucky enough to get someone to answer she either hangs up immediately or puts you on "hold" to find out what you're asking and never comes back to the phone. She's done this 5 times to me today. I just have a question I need answered. They are a nightmare.

came in to buy paint at 7pm on a friday and was told "no one is working paint tonight" so went to home depot instead.
