Long wait time, even with an appt. Staff is rude, not to mention girl drawing blood caused a huge hematoma on my hand which is the easiest place to draw blood from. Very painful and that was the first time that has ever happened to me. I will not be back there.

This Labcorp is exceptionally well managed. The waiting room is CLEAN and comfortable. Patients are cycled in and out like a well oiled machine. Check In is easy and straightforward. The GEM is Ikea. Ask for her! Ikea is the best phlebotomist I've had in ages. She is friendly, patient and very competent ... a painless stick on the first try. Highly recommend asking for Ikea!

Normally this is a great location. Not today. The woman who drew my blood had 6 viles to take. She seemed stumped. Guess she was. A half hour before the site closed, the office called me to state that the tech used the wrong colored vile to take my blood for one of the tests. I needed to come back in. Seriously? Just drop everything I am doing to come back in for THEIR mistake. Can’t happen with my pre-planned meetings. The office said the would contact my doctor to make them aware of the error, yet that test will just go undone.
I’m sure the billing office will charge me full price. What they need to do is train the techs properly and if they are unsure about something, ASK a more seasoned employee.

This place is so unprofessional it’s sad, 1st there are a lot of older ppl who get lab work done on the regular, some have trouble hearing and other issues, why be mean, these ppl at this location are pathetic, at this point I think labcorp just hire anyone just to fill the position here, cause these are not qualified workers, I had to file a complaint with labcorp, I have never seen so much disrespect towards the elderly..these are precious ppl that withstand the test of time. Protect them at all cost.

This is not the first time this happening when they lost the order that doctor faxed over and this is after they didn’t complete a set of first tests that doctor initially ordered and they didn’t know what code to use. People in this office don’t bother to go an extra mile to ensure that their side of keeping patients alive by providing essential diagnostic services is completed with quality. Their filing system is something out of 1990s and papers don’t look well organized. I gave them another chance and they blew it. Never again. Recommend quest diagnostics across the street, never had problems with their services.

Don't let RT try to draw your blood. She's not capable of being civil, or doing her job. She blamed me for her own failures & inabilities. Other workers had to do her job for her. I filed a formal complaint with Labcorp. Both my arms are still purple and green after being mistreated at your facility. Also, tone down the rap music at 6:00 a.m. No one wants to hear that nonsense on top of dealing with incompetent medical techs. Also, where's my lab results??? More than a week later and STILL NO RESULTS POSTED TO MY PORTAL.

Beware when u visit this location. Seems u need to get a receipt from visit. Lab's were misplaced and never sent to D.R

Took my 93 year old Aunt in for Normal Blood work . They misplaced paperwork and nothing was sent to D.R. several attempts made by me to lab with no results or call back. looks like you need to ask for a reciept when you go to the Lab.

Shout out to Anthony, the lab tech. He is friendly, efficient, and kind. The facility was clean and well organized. Overall great experience for having to get blood drawn.

Very nice ppl and smooth process , they went above and beyond to make my experience great and listening to them talk to other elderly patients with respect was a nice change from what we have come to expect sometimes , thank you for a great experience
