“CrossFit Lewes was my first box. In the ensuing years I have been a member of four different CrossFit’s (KC, Seattle, and Pompano Beach) and only one came close to matching CrossFit Lewes. To this day the best of them all. I continue to work out 3 days per week, surgeries and injuries have taken their toll but I find my corner of the box and do my best to keep up!”
