I do not recommend this clinic. The nurse practitioner asked the same questions repeatedly, didn’t give me a chance to talk about my symptoms , she just talked and did not even examine or listen to me. She raised her voice to cover her lack of knowledge. Highly offended and discriminated! I was wondering if the owner of this clinic knows all about in Lewes DE clinic!

Took me before he opened on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. Kind, professional, prompt, knowledgeable. Would recommend this clinic and would return.

I visited with my 13 year old daughter on 7/27/22 for an ear ache. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the receptionist and doctor. Would recommend.

This place is a joke I drove all the way there yesterday since they are suppose to close at 6pm and I got there at 5pm and they were closed! Then I drive there today and they tell me that they ate only taking primary care so I can cone back in the morning!!! So I guess this "Walk In" isn't technically a walk in!!! Don't waste your time!!!!

I don’t ever write reviews. Ever. But I felt the need to let everyone know that this place had ZERO patients in it but refused to see my daughter for possible swimmers ear, at the beach, because she was 5 years old. Apparently they only see children 8 and older. So if your child needs help, don’t waste your time.

I love this walk in clinic. I’ve only had to come twice but I wish they were my primary care doctors! The man at the front desk this morning was so freakin’ sweet!! He’s so polite and you can tell he really cares about his job. The care providers are wonderful too!! I will always come here in a pinch/for my medical needs when I can’t see my primary care. They are so hospitable and nice. The office is very clean, and their check in is quick. Very covid safe and all around a great experience! Thank you for all your hard work!!

Mixed feelings. I had to get a TB test which is two parts. My first experience was great with a very empathic and friendly male MA. He told me to come back after 48 hours to get it read again. If it were not for him I would give this a negative 1 star.When I came back 3 business days later as instructed, the female MA at reception was standoffish and incredibly rude. Trying everything she could to get rid of me telling me that she couldn't read the test because it had been too long and was in the process of telling me to just get lost. If it were not for the doctor in the back who overheard the conversation and stepped in to correct her and do the reading on the spot, I would have been SOL. Shout out to that amazing doctor. Shame on the MA at reception.Note for management: it seems like some of the people you have do not want to participate in customer service so I would not make them. But if someone is in that role, they need to be held accountable for BS like this. I will not be back.

Walked into the urgent care with my 1 year old who’s experiencing a sinus infection. The woman at the counter didn’t even say good morning, she just said she’s too young to be here…… well I don’t see an age restrictions online….. horrible place.
