This place was recommended to me by a friend in the flooring business in another state, and I'm very glad I went with them! Dale was super helpful as a consultant more than just as a salesperson... he came out to our condo multiple times to confirm all the details and plan for many various obstacles presented by our old building. And he met with us at their showroom multiple times and loaned us samples whenever we wanted during the course of our shopping. He's a career flooring professional who takes a lot of pride in customers getting exactly what they want at an honest price, with no upselling or high pressure.Their quoted price was lower than a major competitor. They installed during the promised week, and their installation crew was fantastic! I could not be happier. These LVP click floor planks might be easy to DIY in a newly constructed space, but in our second floor non-level / non-square 50 year old building, there were lots of measuring, cutting, leveling, and adjustments. I would have expected some upcharges for the time they spent dealing with the complexity of these issues, but there were none; we paid only the original quoted price. As a side task, they also did an amazing job adding baseboards. The entire crew of five were all very skilled and professional, incorporating my requests as they progressed. They also moved and re-installed several built-in closet units so they could floor under them properly without any damage.I'm thrilled with the quality and value, and highly recommend Floors & More!

Our addition/renovation required guidance from someone with extensive knowledge in selecting and installing different types of flooring. Aaron was that person, providing exceptional guidance in all aspects of our project. First, he helped us select our porcelain tile, engineered wood flooring and carpet. Then he stayed in communication with us over the few weeks it took for the materials to arrive and our house to be ready for its installation. He arrived as scheduled and installed the floors with Craig. The tile was put on a Schluter Ditra system to prevent future cracking of our tile and grout. Every tile was set using sophisticated spacing and leveling guides which ensured a beautiful result. The transitions between tile, wood and carpet were done with great craftsmanship. Aaron came back to install a specially ordered nosing at the top of the stairs, which ended up looking great. They were impressive!

During the past seven years, Floors and More has installed floor tile and carpet in every room in our house. Each job was met with challenges and each was easily accomplished with 100% customer satisfaction!Recently we became aware that some floor tiles that were installed seven years ago were curling up. We contacted Floors and More. The owners, Ray and his son Aaron, came and looked at it. Their initial thought was it appeared to be water damage related. Aaron removed several tiles and found sub floor areas were water soaked. Immediately he went into the crawl space and located a leaking pipe. A call to a plumber was made for repair. After allowing a dry-out time frame, Aaron replaced all of the sub floor including beam supports before installing new floor tile. It was only through Aaron’s determination that a full and complete repair and replacement job was done in a very professional manner.Floors and More, Inc. is our number one recommendation for carpet and tiling!

As the family owned business operator, Aaron was involved in every step of the process. He earned our trust, and made sure that we were pleased with the final result. Stopped at there store out on Rt 1, salesman was owners son and seemed very knowledgeable about his extensive product line. We chose a sample to take home and arranged for him to stop by our condo and measure the job. He arrived on time with his dad and measured the area we wanted LVT installed. He had a bid e mailed to me in a few days.There where some areas that needed some carpentry work.. He said he has a fellow who can do it and will stop by Thursday to get an estimate of the cost of that work. They showed up Thursday, He told me he would call that afternoon with there estimate. No call Thursday or Friday...I called On Monday about 11am and talked with the father, the owner, he said his son went on vacation for the week but when he talks with him on Tuesday he will get back to me....The next communication I received was almost 50 days later.saying we should move the job to after the summer....of course we had moved on and the job was already finished...by Anderson One Floors and we could not have been happier...

He went above and beyond what we expected. From samples to measuring the right amount of flooring needed for our project. Delivered a great product. We recently decided to remove the carpet and add hardwood flooring in the master bedroom of our home. As fate would have it we soon discovered our existing hardwood flooring had been discontinued. We exhausted online searches, as well as local flooring companies, and could not find a match of our hardwood until we visited Floors and More in Lewes Delaware.After a short visit with the owner’s son we realized two things very quickly: he was very knowledgeable of his product and he truly took an interest in helping us solve our problem. We ordered the flooring and decided to have the company do the install.We cannot say enough good things about Floors and More and particularly their Installation. They were extremely knowledgeable of the installation process including an analysis of the existing subfloor and the fastening of the wood to achieve the best result. The final work product was impeccable. Just as importantly, the workers had great respect for our home. If someone would return my phone call, I could provide a real rating. I called twice, two days apart, requesting an appointment to get an estimate for a new kitchen floor and a carpet repair to no avail. I guess they have too much business? Not getting mine.

All problems resolved today Nov 6. Very happy with hardwood floors and tile.Waiting since May for grout to be cleaned up on kitchen floor and thresholds to be installed. Otherwise I could change my rating
