We were desperate for a gas stove right before Thanksgiving! We called Elizabeth at DM appliance, and she was so helpful. She didn't try to talk us into useless features , etc.Just a good stove ! They delivered within a few days! We were so pleased with everything about them!

Got a good deal on a cafe cooktop ... they ordered and installed all in 2 weeks. The guys who installed it were super good!Recommended.

Very pleased with my call being answered, appt made and even moved up when an opening became available. Tech was very thorough and did a great job dealing with my dryer venting issues! Highly recommend ⭐

We purchased a refrigerator for $2300 dollars 3 years ago and have so many problems. We have had 3 ice makers and issues with icing on the back of the refrigerator causing loud noises. Im not happy.. stay away

We bought a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago from Del-Mar appliance. We have had 3 ice makers, and two issues of icing on the back of the refrigerator causing it to make loud noises with a fan issue. I'm not happy.. stay away

They do not answer their phones. Only an answering machine where you leave your message. Calls never returned! Try somewhere else if you can. GE uses them for warranty service. Three calls and three weeks later, nothing.

Really helpful when we needed a refrigerator fast! Scheduled a delivery from their Dover center to Lewes (summer and 4th of July traffic!) and had it delivered, set up and the old fridge removed in 3 hours! Delivery guys were organized, respectful of our condo and very polite!Thank you Delmar Appliance!

So impressed by Del-Mar Appliance and my dealings with Elizabeth Nygard. They care more about customer relationships, educating the customer and offering helpful advice; then selling you a new appliance. So rare these days. Just called about a garbage disposal that just stopped working. Instead of setting an appt. to install a new one; she informed me of a reset button that most models have and it worked! When I called to thank her, Beth responded, "Of course, why would you buy an appliance if you don't have to." Also I had a dehumidifier under warranty; but not one company that sells this brand would assist, except for Del-Mar. Unfortuntely this company has not made much money from me, but they still keep helping. One day soon, I plan to purchasing my appliances from them.
